I wonder if it originally was meant to be a CTR coaster but there was a licensing issue last minute that made them change it enough to be legally distinct.
One thing I know for sure is that the main designer of this ride really loves Crash Bandicoot Games 🕹️ I don’t know if the park asked about a licensing agreement but I doubt it.
Anyway, if they refuse and you go on with the Same vibe, they don’t be happy about it knowing it. So yeah, they’d better start with the project without noticing anyone 😅

It could be possible, Crash has had a theme park presence back in the day since he used to be at Universal as a mascot character
