      Haha exactly.. an absolute Jersey girl 🐑 keeping up with the Kardashians type . Mom is into Jersey Shore and Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteenberg , all that Jersey is famous for. I actually long distance dated a Jersey girl and we flew back and forth California to NJ, NJ to Cali, she had a great job in 92’ 6 figures, met when she vacationed to Newport Beach Ca, we spent the remainder of her trip out west together, we really had a great time together when this started but… she got Jersey weird with me on phone because of her jobless older sister mooching off her while in her ear basically ending the relationship cuz the sister was jealous. I never looked back, I was a beach volleyball player on the minor league circuit trying to get my pro card playing with and Once with Sinjan Smith and Craig Moodheart on the Cuervo Gold circuit trying to rack up points geez anyway I got carried away with my glory days here , bottom line; I never dated out of my zip code again.

    Will needs to be taken for a psychiatric evaluation. Not to jail and released. Based on how he is speaking, I do not know if he is mentally capable of understanding the situation in his current state. This is scary, because then legal consequences will not deter him. People shouldn't have to pause their life just because a weirdo wants to take it far and beyond. Even still, some thieves and squatters also look for people posting or making it obvious they’re on vacation. The safest thing is to post after. People don’t always know they have a stalker. Plus the less people know your business the better. Not every friend or family member wishes you well.

    That first guy is definitely schizophrenic or psychotic in some respect, but its still not an excuse to continuously badger someone and ignore their pleas to be left alone. He needs medical treatment until hes safe to be around. He might think hes harmless but harassment is not harmless and if he thinks it is then he has no concept of right and wrong and could absolutely do more harm. Please take this as a warning ladies (and men, frankly) - keep your social profiles private, and never share your current location. Ever. I always post my photos/stories hours or days after the fact. @christinamoran1027 If you've ever known someone in the middle of psychosis, it's obvious he's showing signs of psychosis. I am not a mental health expert, but I've seen people experiencing psychosis (including one of my relatives who I was around often as a kid) and he's showing a lot of the signs: Delusions ("signs from the universe," for example), confusion, disorganized thought (how he changed subject mid sentence a bunch, how he'd confuse the officerby saying something only tangentially related to the question, etc), difficulty with maintaining a train of thought (how he trailed off in the middle of answering questions, and how it would sometimes take him a really long time to form his thoughts into an answer), flat affect, I could go on.
      The other guys obviously know exactly what they're about and deserveto have the book thrownat them, but the first guy I genuinely think is too mentally ill to really understand what he's doing. That's honestly what psychosis looks like, IME. He needs a psych ward, not a jail cell.

    • @dylanrock5979
      @dylanrock5979 Місяць тому +4

      @@christinamoran1027 if he was a master manipulator he would've changed his tactics. The mom and daughter clearly described his persistent delusion.
      The cops showing up would have gotten any sane person to change their tactics or atleast spin the truth. The guy confessed to stalking and saw no problems.
      If he has already seen help and refused, then he needs to be involuntary committed. He's clearly a threat to himself and others, so he needs force help.
      Being criminally insane isn't a get-out-of-jail-free-card. He would be in a mental ward under 24/7 supervison with a minimum requirement of treatment and a high bar to pass with no garuentee he will be deemed sane.
      Ur response seems lacking in compassion. If he's faking then he's a moron cause its clearly not working, if he's not then how is locking him in a cell gonna help?

  • @EV0LIE
    @EV0LIE 2 місяці тому +11

    As a diagnosed schizophrenic the first guy makes me sick to my stomach. I recognise his thinking. There needs to be more mental health help in place. While if I’m correct in my assessment of his mental state he won’t understand what he’s doing doesn’t make it okay or acceptable. I hate being stuck in hospitals and I hate taking medication but I feel like if I’m a danger to society, even in forms of harassing people like in this first clip, not just things like potential serious injury or worse, please force me to get treated.
    Btw I know from experience that not taking your medication voluntarily can be a sign of it not working properly due to delusions of being poisoned, for example. So I personally think we should blame the mental health system more and the individual psychotic people less when someone goes off their meds. My psychiatrist is on my ass about it and will absolutely commit me if need be.

    Its scary this shit happens SO often. October 10th i was working (i work at an alcohol, food and souvenirs market) and this man had been coming for like 3-4 days, he was SO weird but i thought he had a mental problem or some type of problem. I was behind the counter and i joke you not he came in 3 times in the spam of like 10-15 min, and he would place the things on the counter and when it was time to pay he didnt want to pay them so i had to put them back, he would literally just STARE at me saying "youre SO beautiful, you remind me so much of my daughter. I wish i was 30 years younger to come here and meet with you". At some point i started getting annoyed cause he was way too close and creepy for me so i started being rude, by the 4th time he came back an irish customer (Andy if you're seeing this i owe you A LOT) came in looking for something, and he saw how weird and erratic this man was acting so he asked me if i was okay and also tried to get him to leave, when the man left i was already crying cause i felt a big relief knowing i was not alone there, bc i really had nothing but bottles to protect myself. This irish customer helped me and even hugged me to comfort me and he said "We're at the (bar really close to my shop), I'll keep an eye on him and if i see him come back i will come back". 10 minutes passed and the man RETURNED for the 5th time, i saw him peeping through the glass and i inmediately called my boss for his husband to come help, when she picked up i saw the irish guy RUNNING DOWN THE STREET, he stormed through the door and yelled at the man to leave, got him out the store by the shirt and pushed him against the wall. Then some staff from the bar he was in and my boss came to retain him while the cops came (super slow response by the police by the way). The tale of this story is PLEASE dont let anyone harass you till this point, just make them stop and if u have to be rude and kick them out do it, if u have people that can help you, call them, and dont EVER be afraid to speak up for yourselves when you're in dangerous situations. Also if youre a witness to any of thses situations please help them, they will always remember it.
    Andy, if u see this, thank you so much for this, to you and your girlfriend, i will never forget how you guys helped me, and as weird as this may sound, im glad to be able to call you heroes !!

I can’t imagine, what may happen, if he ever got the girl, alone. He would probably kidnap her! Case 2 was infuriating, I would’ve arrested his annoying ass sooner! 😂 But case 3 w/ Scott is scary on another sort of level, because he works as an immigration officer, along side police! Not at all. It's only harder to hide nowadays if you have a bunch of social media profiles, or even one. If you completely stay off of all social media and are like a ghost online, they absolutely will not be able to find you. I know because the last social media I had was my space when I was a teenager, after that, I never created anything else, no Facebook no Instagram, absolutely nothing, even this UA-cam is the only so-called social media I have and definitely doesn't even have my real name, and nobody could find me at all, they have no idea what I do in my life and it is very peaceful. I 100% recommend not having any social media whatsoever. People need to choose either safety and privacy or sharing and socializing on social media, because you certainly will never have both. It is certainly worth it to not have any social media whatsoever

I dont really want an abuser working in any area of law enforcement, stalkers are dangerous & they always get a light sentence as it is & often they go on to kill their partners. This guy shouldnt get special treatment ffs. 🤬

    Listen it may sound like victim blaming but people need to be proactive about protecting themselves and their families. Don't post anything about where you are gonna be, especially publicly. Yes it's not fair but it's necessary

    • @captainkylie2458
      @captainkylie2458 2 місяці тому +8

      I don't think that suggesting ways to keep yourself and your family safe is the same as victim blaming.
      There's absolutely a difference between "It's often best to not share your real-time location on social media, as there are so many creeps out there that could take advantage" and "it's your own fault you got attacked or stalked because you shared your real-time location on social media".
      If people can't see the difference then it's pointless to try to explain to them.

      It’s not but so what if it was, who cares…I don’t understand what this fascination is about what others think on a sm platforms that have no impact in your own life and never will. I guess not caring what strangers think comes with age and wisdom maybe. Making people cautious of stuff, making it a learning lesson for others isn’t vb, that’s just a newer bword that people incorrectly throw around a lot today.

      @@captainkylie2458 totally agree. It's like locking your door. If you don't lock it or happen to forget, it doesn't make it okay for someone to break in, but locking your door hopefully makes it less likely that will happen. Sometimes regardless of precautions taken, shirty things still happen. Unfortunately part of that needed more access to mental health care and changing laws, especially due to the growth of technology and social media, etc...

    This really gave me really bad memories for when I had a stalker when I was a teenager. I was absolutely terrified and when I went to go to work at 5:00 in the morning and take the bus he doesn't work by me you don't even live by me I saw him on the back of the bus just staring at me so I immediately told the bus driver my stalker is on this bus he doesn't live in this area he doesn't work in this area and he's stalking me. He said that when I get off the bus he will immediately shut the doors and will not let him out if he goes out the second I do he immediately tell me to step in and he'll take me for the rest of the journeys and then come back and to call the cops. Years I've put up with him. Their is way more now a days against stalkers. I'm 38 and that's when I was a teenager

He needs to be in a mental institution for a long long time and once he's well enough to understand what he's done wrong he needs to be tried in a court of law for terrorizing her and her family. She needs to shut down all of her social media accounts until he's in jail and she's out of danger. Because there's no mistaking the fact that he's most definitely dangerous as hell. There's something seriously wrong with that guy and we've all heard about cases like this that didn't end well for the victim.
