Can't really blame people for that though; "scantily clad tatooed cute girl" doesn't really scream "Joker" as much as "Harley", plus Joker runs his crime syndicate while Harley is his right hand woman, which again fits more with Jinx who is Silco's right hand woman and not the one in charge.
She has more Harleyesque moments than Joker ones. She starts off with a boss type figure. She is overly dependent on said boss’ approval. At some point she starts to find her own path separate from Silco which is what Harley did too for Joker. She is not the leader type. A wildcard for emotions.
One of the (countless) amazing things about Arcane is that, even if you know who the future Champions are, they do an absolutely fantastic job of convincing you that those characters are still in danger, that they could actually still die. You "feel" like you're certain that they'll live because they're already in the game in the future, but yet the show plants this excruciatingly subtle splinter of doubt in your mind...and the more you tug at it, the more it drives you mad. . So you're trapped, "knowing" that a character will live, but absolutely consumed by the certainty that they're about to die.
After the events of ep 3, Powder suffered an extreme psychotic episode. Coupled with her existing disorders and other trauma, her brain physically damaged itself in a vain and desperate effort to maintain some kind of function instead of just shutting down completely and permanently. . So...now, in addition to everything from before, she's severely schizophrenic. On that score...(and on just her intellect) she's considerably more interesting and dangerous than Joker. Joker's just a narcissistic asshole with a behavioral disorder and a sadistic streak. Jinx is actually literally insane...she now completely lacks the capacity to effectively and consistently distinguish reality from fantasy.
@@jayayj5574 Indeed. Viktor didn't expect her to figure out Hextech, but she still managed to do it with just a notebook and some random junk. . "Tony Stark built this...in a CAVE...with a box of SCRAPS!" . She's literally a crazy, poor, female version of Tony.
By "absolutely safe" Viktor only meant that the gems wouldn't randomly explode because they get bumped a little too hard. The tech can always be weaponized...but the crystals themselves are directly and highly dangerous. You don't need tech to weaponize the crystals...just fuckin' throw one as hard as you can. The gems, on the other hand...require that you actually build a functioning weapon that can access their power. They're completely inert, otherwise. . The crystals are like raw nitroglycerin...while the gems are more like a two-stage explosive where the techno device is the second component, and without both parts, you get absolutely jack out of it.
I don't know if you know but i'll say it anyway Silco needs that sweet ol' shimmer for his eye because the nerves in his eye are getting eaten by the river toxins from his drowning incident. Lots of maintenance
Vi punched the guy cause she remebered all the people who worked for Silco. In the League of Legends's client we had a glimpse on her case file, she kept punching and fighting thugs that worked for Silco and asked for some kind of powder that every guard thought she was an addict or something LOL. It's still a very cute point tho cause all those time she was in prison all she thought of was her sister and tried her best to ask (violently) the people who was involved.
Revenge by VI idea, not any youtubers reactioners have that of that yet. Bravo really. This episodes when they come into play is mostly about Jinx/powder. But VI getting revenge has always been there. VI decisions since ep1, but this series doesnt hold your hand whats she is doing.
I've noticed a trend that was at least one badly done scene. Every reaction I've watched, people mistake pink hair girl for Vi during the Firelight attack on the shimmer shipment.
We agree that they could have done a better/faster job at letting us in on the fact it wasn't her. We figured it out pretty quick, but we can see how others would assume it was actually Vi until it's explained later in the episode.
Cant really call that a "bad" scene .. since they look NOTHING alike .. they only have pink hair. Not to mention that was looking like young Vi ... everyone time jumped but Vi? :D I guess it clicks faster for some ppl. (i mean there are still ppl that think that monkey bomb exploded 5 times in ep.3 hahaha..so yeah)
@@carbuneskinny5797 I figured out pretty quickly but being introduced to Jinx's hallucinations visually takes a bit of getting used to, I can understand people getting confused.
Actually im on this one. I thought it was Vi . Then when they meet at the flare i was confused why it seemed like the first time, then kidnap with Ekko i was like "Dude you dont know you hired her? why are you surprised?" Afterwards i googled an episode review of Episode 4 and it explained that it was just a Vi lookalike.
I will agree great episode but wait until you see the ending. Their will be a lot of easter eggs to look for at the end some characters you might see again...
@@LatetotheParty sorry if I sounded rude but Jinx is a minor she was being very touchy and a lot of people thought it was odd (myself included) on how touchy she is with him but my apologies if I came of as rude and I do like your video.

She's turning into a joker? Actually there's been a fact that Jinx is inspired to the joker but apparently more Harley Quinn than joker
8:47 Aww, Jinx made Silco a mug.
And an ash tray!
"She's gonna cause some major damage with that anger." Oh boy, oh boy.
Huge respect for you guys to compare her first to the Joker, I see so many people say Harley Quinn but she acts way more like the Joker

Odd how you did not react to Jinx being touchy with Silco.
How were we supposed to react? We didn't know what their relationship was at that time.
