The lock cylinder is not going in all the way. Most likely cause is the door and lock position has move over time which is normal behavior. You need to realign by unscrewing and rescrewing it
Lock ki battery change karke dekho... Agar fir bhi sahi na ho to ek machinery oil aata hai lock ke mechanism me vo daal Dena acche se saaf ho jaega aur fir beech me atke ga nahi... And ha lock code ko reset karke koi new code laga do taaki agli baar code se bhi khul sake...
Life lesson: Never buy a highly educated lock for your doors. All one need is a simple12th pass taala and chaabi lock 😂😂
They list this property for rent as Airbnb, so they need such educated locks.
