Our 3 yr old daughter was shivering , husband was in shorts and it was morning 6 am . Airbnb owner were sleeping and took 30 min to open the door . Issue was wifi range 😅

The lock cylinder is not going in all the way. Most likely cause is the door and lock position has move over time which is normal behavior. You need to realign by unscrewing and rescrewing it

Lock ki battery change karke dekho... Agar fir bhi sahi na ho to ek machinery oil aata hai lock ke mechanism me vo daal Dena acche se saaf ho jaega aur fir beech me atke ga nahi... And ha lock code ko reset karke koi new code laga do taaki agli baar code se bhi khul sake...
