This Family Lived In A Fallout Shelter

The government tried to tell us back then that nuclear war was coming and that fallout shelters was an answer. It terrified us but we mostly didn't believe it. Very few people bought fallout shelters. This documentary was designed to convince people to buy them. I used a portion of this in my series, Making Sense Of The Sixties. Good tip, put safety cage over fan blower. I've got a scare on my hand from a fan back in grade school (early 80s) that didn't have a cage on the back side of it.
