The hardest thing for me to do in 2023 was forgive my ex husband who shot me. He denies it to this day and tells everyone I shot myself. He has never apologized and I STILL found the strength to forgive him. Nobody but GOD provided me that ability because I was angry at him for so long. I wanted horrible things to happen until God spoke and said Forgive him. I have been at peace ever since. What pastor flowers is saying is true, once you let that bitterness go, you will be FREE💛🙏🏾
Sis you are not lying . The father of my children slept with his biological cousin and had a child with her. And I can forgive him but I can’t be with him. I needed to know why he did it to know if he genuinely was attracted to her or there was trauma bond attachment and because I could not get the answers I needed I forgave him but not be in a relationship with him.

God has blessed me to heal and push though to be better, but when the storm comes I feel the pain in my bones which pushes me back down and I become paralyzed emotionally and I struggle so hard ! God is good and has redeemed me from nothing , I am someone , I am worth it , my heart is real, I will no longer be offended , for God has blessed me with life .

Lord I repent for being self centered! I hide all my hurt! The times me and Ivan had the times we laughed and all the soft touch he gave me he held me touched me till I feel asleep! He was very kind to me opening the doors for me! Lord I ask you to heal his heart! I’m just trying to give him a better life when he comes out! Please have him call me! Lord did I lose myself by loving him! Bring we me us back together!
