I love this guy man he's the #1 prospect. Heres what I love about him 1. Amazing finsher, 67% at the rim as someone who attempts mostly layups it's wild 2. 18 years old 3. Amazing passer/IQ 4. Gets to the FT line alot 5. Shoots 88% at the line 6. Jumper has low percentages but he has a quick release and attemps 4+ per game

Many of these will result in turnovers/getting blocked in the NBA ~ Prefers finishing with the right, can finish with left ~ When defender goes over, prefers to attack the big and snake rather than pass If he improves his shooting, frame, and learns to play off 2 a bit more, I can see him being a very successful NBA point guard.
61/70 FT shooting indidcates that his 3pt. jumper will most likely come along. Even if it doesn't, he could become elite in the midrange like TJ McConnell. or Shai.
@@mohammadcali554 I hope you’re right about Topic though. Because I could seriously see the Spurs taking him in the draft. His playing style is more Spurs like than anyone in the draft.
I dont think youre seeing it completely. 6’7, decent build, pass first, decent shooter. Theres definitely potential there. Id take em in the draft😎 go Spurs go
@@PhilPopovich also it would make sense in the way the NBA is going. Wemby is here, Alex sarr is the number 1 pick. It make sense. Especially in the PnR.

Sorry but does he ever go left. All I keep seeing his him drive right and shoot. Ain’t gonna work in the NBA cause I guarantee they’ve already noticed it if I have so he’s gonna have to adapt
Hopefully the Spurs find a way to get him I want him to get some TV games lol
I see a Tony Parker like game. Solid piece.
I agree, that’s exactly who he reminds me of when I see him play.
Tony Parker playmaking is not one of his strengths. Nikola Topic is a playmaker.
A 6’5 Tony Parker

He has good agility - for a football player , for bb its amazing. I can agree the T.parker comparison . He is shorter than 6.6 i see 1.93cm max
I really like Topic for the Spurs he just worries me with these back to back injuries.
He's still young and the Spurs are patient. Joel Embiid has way worse injury at the beginning of his rookie year.

Partially torn acl, you should be able to grab him at 8 if you want him.

Please no Pistons
Will this translate guys be honest
Yes he's 18 and these grown men can't guard him at the rim
Passing definitely translates, not sure if he gets the same open looks in the league driving inside the paint. Those knee injuries are also concerning
