Use minced ginger +sesame oil +soy sauce for more Asian flavor, OR , Use garlic+olive oil+dried red hot pepper for more Europe flavor. My favorite is garlic+olive oil+soy sauce + butter with broccoli and chicken :) If you looking for something new because I saw you were eating same recipe in other video :)
Speaking of color mood, i think you should incorporate more deep color on your wardrobe. Those black and deep khaki sweater look good on you. It brighten up your overall look and suits your calm personality. just saying and nice choice for the new suitcase. I hope i can find monos flagship store in France soon .

Ya the natural light is amazing! Makes the place feel a lot bigger then it is and the views of the mountains are a nice bonus :)
