Based on my experience, avarage Masters player have more than 10k 3v3 wins and like 40k trophies what means that they are in small percent of players with this stats. Many people don't even try to get Masters or don't play ranked and many people are stuck in lower ranks like Legendary, Mythic. I get Masters first time in last season and it was pretty hard. I would say that Masters are about 5% of all players
