Preparing for exam but my weakness is poor english speaking , how can improve English speaking. I can't speak hindi as hindi is not my mother tongue.
Speak to yourself (imagine you are giving a speech in a stage) . Do that often , learn some words with meaning so that you don't mix up the words

Bro data is more important than language, even sir knows itni english aati hai ki wo saare exams clear kare hai. In language barrier ke alawa bhi aur cheezein hai notice krne ko ki ye ladka hindi and iski communication skills hindi mein bhi kharab hai even personality development ki jarurt hai.

When interviewers asks slr and crr ka impact
Its of great impact
Increased slr and crr means bank has less money to lend
But bank needs loans thus bank will increase interest increasing inflation
And when banks lending capacity is less than the borrowers are more but lenders are less thus demand increases and borrower will accept loans at high ROI
And in these cases theirs high chance than borrower becomes npa
Again loss to bank
Now recovring of money from npa also cost banker

@@abhisheksingh-be7mf are bank ke nahi bhai, IT ke. Mera 3-4 saal ka employment gap aa gya tha kuch health issue ki wajeh se, wapis entey maarne ke lie zameen aasmaan ek karna pad gya bhai. Par mehnat rang lati jrur hai, bas haar nahi maarni. 4-5 mahine me die itne interviews.

Uske baad salary badhegi aur pressure kam ho jyega. Mehnat karne ko tayyar ko to apply kro, kismat ke bharose latke jaoge.

The candidate is having shallow knowledge of almost all the subjects. The panel is too much into lecturing. The panel has failed to ask questions on his hobby i.e travelling. This is putting unnecessary pressure on candidate.
