High ceiling is good. Low ceiling feels like a cave, and it's a bit depressing. With high ceiling you feel freedom. That three position handle is used for windows and doors in modern constructions, and I'm not sure, but I think it comes from Germany. The high kitchen storage, for which you have to climb on the table, it's ridiculous, lol ☺ Maybe you can use az indoor ladder with three steps. It's similar to high shelves in supermarkets, where I need to ask a worker to get me items down, because I cannot reach them, even if I stand on top of my toes. They think we are all tall people. Some designers think with other parts than their brain.

首都で立地が良く家具付きという物件の割に家賃は安く感じます。台所に収納棚を追加してシンク周りをすっきりさせたいですね。浴室には除湿器が必要かな。居間は過ごしやすそうです。若い夫婦が住むのに良い環境です。
