He's a narscistic idiot who is not man enough to hold himself accountable and bully's a poor radio host who made an attempt to hold him accountable for his dumb decisions in the offseason with the fruits blooming to disastrous beat downs at home. The teams poor condition at Running Back, additional receivers, people that can stop the run and the secondary is all on Jerry and Stephen.
As a life long cowboys fan, I’m not giving my team another dollar or ounce of my attention until Jerry hires a GM. He thinks it’s his team but it’s not. It’s our team, and I’m subsidizing a poor product any longer.
I see Jerry's gaslighting is not working as well as it normally does. He could afford Henry, he could afford him right now 3 times over. Yes he's made some good draft picks over the years, many in fact, I'd give him an A grade in drafting all things considered. But this has absolutely nothing to do with letting key players walk in free agency and then doing nothing to replace them. There are two things to build a roster with, free agency and drafting, but these are not mutually exclusive tools, being good at one doesn't mean you should ignore the other, you're meant to use both- especially when you're trying to get better for a SB push and especially, especially when you lose more players in free agency than any one draft can replace.
Jerry doesn’t employ them and can’t fire them. Bobby should’ve pressed harder. Hope the fans just boo Jerry every time from now on. What’s he gonna do? Screw the fans over harder?

Rich and his team are entertaining and excellent guests, offering comprehensive NFL coverage around the clock. What more could one ask for? The Rich Eisen Show.
@brandonsoto7225 yea it’s called a salary cap and Jerry told Dak in April that if he wanted that big of a contract then they wouldn’t be able to afford other free agents cause they still had to sign CD Lamb a top 2 WR contract and they still have to save some so they can pay Micah Parsons to probably the biggest contract in defensive player history and resign D Bland. Dak wanted $60 mill a year for biggest contract in history so maybe should hold the players responsible who chose money over the team being able to get some better players. They couldn’t resign Smith or Gilmore in free agency either cause had to pay Dak and CD. Not to mention Diggs, D-Law, and Martin all making $20 mill a year they’re tight on cap space. Also funny how they assuming they would’ve signed Henry, idk why Henry would choose Dallas over Baltimore when Baltimore was in AFC championship game and the no name RB’s like Gus Edwards run for ovr 4 yards a carry and scored 13 TD’s.. unless Dallas offered him a lot of money to go to them going to Baltimore made perfect sense if he wants to win a ring
@@kylem6370Ok so don't pay the mediocre quarterback that hasn't won anything. They didn't have to pay Prescott; they chose to pay him. That is Jones' fault. Furthermore, the 49ers and Eagles seem to be able to afford their players. Don't blame the salary cap because Jerral doesn't want to spend the money. He doesn't want to spend the money. It's that simple.
It's simple. It's what it has always been.... He has to win through the draft. His drafts. That's all that matters. He and his family can say whatever, but his actions tell me that has always been the case... He has to escape the shadow that everyone believes the rings are mostly because of moves Jimmy did rather than what jerry did
@kylem6370 he put himself in the position to give Dak this big contract by not planning for this when he signed the last one. He could have added more years to it and have Dak on what would be the cheap now. He acts like he is planning for the future but actually puts himself in situations where Dak can bend him over. Going to happen again and again. Could have signed lamb before jj and saved some money there as well
@@kylem6370 I don't care what mental gymnastics you need to do in order to not hold Jerry accountable, but I do not care that Dak asked for and then got what he got. Jerry is the one who gave it to him. If his belief was that this would financially cripple the team, then he should not have done it. He's lying to to you by the way, b/c the extension does not cripple anything over the next 3-4 years. Teams do this when they are trying to extend a SB window. They don't do this when they're trying to rebuild. What is the point in resigning Dak if you're not going to go out and get players? This is what people want to know.
Top 7 mistakes that led him here since starting 2016: 1) Waiting to pay Zeke 2) Waiting to pay Dak (twice) 3) Paying Dak (twice) 4) Hiring Mike McCarthy 5) Retaining Mike McCarthy 6) Not going to get Derek Henry The only reason I don't also add "Paying Zeke" to the list is because at that time he was clearly one of the best RBs in the game and the likes of Henry and CMC have shown that the position has value when you're that good. It's just unfortunate that he fell off so hard. He wasn't even that relatively expensive, just expensive for his position and if the league wasn't so committed to overpaying QBs regardless of talent it wouldn't be a problem.
How washed is Dalvin Cook that he can't even get a snap in this lackluster backfield? I know he's old, but come tf on. You're telling me that bowling pin Zeke, minuscule Deuce Vaughn and lead back Rico Dowdle need more reps? Unserious franchise.
Jerry's "All in" was referencing that we are all in with the chips we have now, not future chips. This is the first time Jerry has not mentioned winning the Super bowl. No two year contracts, other than Dak, CD. There will be those. And Rich, they did NOT even call D Henry. He lives fifteen minutes from the STAR. Did not even call!
Rich! Why in the H aren't you letting us listen to the most important point of the call - that he threatened these three with their jobs! Did you not hear that? Or, again, are you walking the fence because of your role with the NFL. Jerry crossed the line! We actually heard on wire taped him threatening people! Like the mafia. This was THE tipping point. It's all downhill from there. If I was a Cowboys fan in the Dallas area I would gather a petition of 50K people demanding Jerry sell the team because he crossed the line!
Great businessman, but no Super bowls after the teams he built w Jimmy. He deserves credit for the part he played rebuilding the Cowboys w Johnson. But he wanted ALL the credit, and the post Troy/Emmitt/Irving era is his. It’s been terrible: a smattering of playoff appearances and wins, w zero NFC title game appearances, and not getting a sniff of the SB.
I wish he would but were not talking generational wealth were talking generational billionaires in appreciating assets. No way he does that to his family.

@@33moneyball I’m not a fan of JG at all! I have zero confidence in JG leading the Lions to a Super Bowl win. I’m just glad my team isn’t a bottom feeder. With that said, I stand by my original comment.
Irony of ironies.... Everyone re-interpreted Jerry's "all in" strategy to mean he would spend in FA and build a team to win. Yet his actual statement is clear. His intention intention is to be "all in" with his current roster. Here's is Jerry's full statement regarding "all in"... _"I would anticipate -- with looking ahead at our key contracts that we'd like to address -- we will be all in," Jones said, via team reporter Nick Harris. "I would anticipate we will be all in at the end of this year. ... It will be going all in on different people than you've done in the past. We will be going all in. We've seen some things out of some of the players that we want to be all in on. Yes, I would say that you will see us this coming year not build it for the future. It's the best way I've ever said. And that ought to answer a lot of questions._ This to me is the most telling part: _"you will see us this coming year not build it for the future."_ This is Jerry literally saying they aren't spending at all.... and the restructuring was to free up cap space, as they'll owe Dak that money regardless. The irony is that Jerry's mad that his "all in" strategy has backfired...
Nick Wright said it best, if Jerry had signed CeeDee and Dak 8 months earlier there would have been money for Henry because he would not have paid as much for the 2 stars. But he waited and the bar was set so high there was no money left over.
I really feel heartbroken after that game Sunday as a die hard cowboys fan I was sick watching that game and for the first time ever I'm dreading watching them play the 9ers in 2 weeks... and this all falls on Jerrys shoulders 😢
I have been a Cowboys fan since the 1970's and I have to say I am actually enjoying this collapse. Jerry Jones has been a disgrace to this team with the way he has handled matters and let his monster ego get in the way of what is best for the team. Gives the largest contract in the NFL to an average QB. Every single time they give a player a large contract, that player regresses. Won't go after any good free agents as they want to save money. The head coach is one of the worst, if not the worst, in the NFL. Bad play calling, clock management. Does not seem to have much imagination but has plenty of excuses. They need to clean house from the top down but that won't happen because that large ego thinks he can win a SB on his own without Jimmy Johnson.
Dog shouldn't have trolled us fans talking that all in talk in the off-season. You want a weekly radio show, the hosts should absolutely call you out after we lose by 40. It was great audio hearing him crash out like that on my way to work yesterday.

There's some out there that wants to Play Football and "GO" get them while there on a Bye week. Excuses are not allowed in the NFL. Please! Open your Eyes and Heart and do it for the Fans...
Getting blown out by the Packers in the first round of the playoffs exposed lots of holes on the Cowboys, and Jerry had all offseason to address those needs. The first six games of the season suggest that he failed miserably, and now he can't stand to be criticized for it. That's been the case for the past 28+ years.
They didn't even play the full clip where Jerry basically says you ask me about this and you'll be fired and I'll get someone else in to ask some softball questions instead
To Jerry Jones credit. At one time Dallas had one of the best offensive O-lines in football. Zelle, Amari Cooper, and many others. The only one who hasn't lived up to the expectation is Dak. Get him tf out of there.
I've said it once and I'll say it again. Jerry Jones is to the Cowboys as George Steinbrenner was to the Yankees. Don Mattingly never went to the World Series under George's ownership, similarly Tony Romo never saw a Super Bowl and I seriously doubt Dak will either under Jerry's. Their egos are so out of whack with the reality that is right their in front of them.

So glad you have you back, Rich!
After the Lions lost in Dallas last January, you knew that the Lions wanted to extract some revenge on the rematch. I love that Jerry has to answer for this loss for two weeks. As a Lions fan, the loss of Hutch sux, but watching the Cowboys mentally implode sure puts a smile on my face.
I’ve been saying this for years, as long as Jerry owns the Cowboys they aren’t getting anywhere near a SB
Jerry Jones is channeling Al Davis I'm convinced of it.
No al Davis was much better at building a championship team he's got Superbowl trophies on his watch.jerry has none!!!

The NFL needs Jerry and the Boys as comic relief.
The Dallas Clownboys
Jerry has a Brand Empire and doesn't need no Stinkin' Trophies in this Century!!!
@@HardRockMaster7577 at some point Jerry has to stop thinking about Jerry if he is ok with 3 Superbowls in the last 30 years kudos to him.
But what about the players who come to play for the franchise
Jason whitten Great tight end no rings
DeMarcus Ware awesome defensive player no rings.
But as long as Jerry is good with trophies none of the players that came after Troy aikman matter or Emmitt Smith matter.
their games are always the highest rated . they be on prime time every week if the NFL could do it.
I have been a Cowboys Fan since I was old enough to watch and understand it since 1970. This Jerruh (his alter ego name) snakeoil lying salesman's bullying, is pushing me to no longer be a fan. He's a narscistic idiot who is not man enough to hold himself accountable and bully's a poor radio host who made an attempt to hold him accountable for his dumb decisions in the offseason with the fruits blooming to disastrous beat downs at home. The teams poor condition at Running Back, additional receivers, people that can stop the run and the secondary is all on Jerry and Stephen.
then u should be use to this
As a life long cowboys fan, I’m not giving my team another dollar or ounce of my attention until Jerry hires a GM. He thinks it’s his team but it’s not. It’s our team, and I’m subsidizing a poor product any longer.
Despite those damning stats, they are just one win away from Cowboys fans saying "wE'rE wInInG tHe sUpErBoWl tHiS yEaR"
He loves the media when they ask him softballs 😂
Jerry's a joke, Daks a joke, the Cowboys are a joke.
You can stop at Jerry’s a joke because that says it all.
This was great made my day lol
As an Eagles fan I love Jerry. Keep up the Great work!
Jerry Jones always does things Jerrys way and Jerrys way never makes any sense and its not worth anytime trying to make sense of any of it.
It’s official! Jerry Jones is Al Davis!
Al Davis jr
Cowboys fans need to boycott the games at AAT stadium.
yup I agree..I wish that our fan's would wear brown paper bags, that would embarrass Jerry and Stephen Jones...the media would have a field day showing that on TV
They will never do that, sorry
Jerry makes his money selling hope instead of results
Wont matter, the concerts, college football and other events make him more money than Sunday games. Why he built his own stadium for this exact situation. You cant hurt him now.
Dak Prescott is so much of the problem. Overpaid. He is a 3rd rate qb. And the cowboys have no running game
Rich and his team are entertaining and excellent guests, offering comprehensive NFL coverage around the clock. What more could one ask for? The Rich Eisen Show.
Next five games maybe The Cowboys may win 1 if they are Lucky but not surprisingly may be 0-5 the next 5 games!! 😢
Jerrah: Just because you are wealthy enough to buy a hospital - it doesn't mean you should perform brain surgery.
“All in, but we can’t afford players”
Top 7 mistakes that led him here since starting 2016:
1) Waiting to pay Zeke
2) Waiting to pay Dak (twice)
3) Paying Dak (twice)
4) Hiring Mike McCarthy
5) Retaining Mike McCarthy
6) Not going to get Derek Henry
The only reason I don't also add "Paying Zeke" to the list is because at that time he was clearly one of the best RBs in the game and the likes of Henry and CMC have shown that the position has value when you're that good.
He's not even 30, had basically an entire year to rest and he's only that year removed from an 1,100+ yard season. You're telling me that bowling pin Zeke, minuscule Deuce Vaughn and lead back Rico Dowdle need more reps? Unserious franchise.
Vikes dropped him at the right time. He was a beast for us, while it lasted.
Jerry Jones in the news again, big-time! Fascinating to watch. Jerry Jones success as a businessman is nothing less than legendary!
Someone needs a group of folks need to pull a coup and get JJ outta there asap
Dak the drive killer! If you like interceptions in the red zone you'll love Dak. 1:36
Love this!!....
Senility has officially arrived for Jerry. Things can and will only go down from here.....he's on the one way south bound lane from here on out !😂
Great businessman,
but no Super bowls after the teams he built w Jimmy.
Jerry's a grumpy old man. Sell the team
I wish he would but were not talking generational wealth were talking generational billionaires in appreciating assets. No way he does that to his family.
TJ always stepping on people on the mic
Let's be honest, jimmy johnson built the cowboys and won those championships not jerry jones.
The Detroit Lions are notorious for getting quarterbacks, benched, quarterbacks, leaving their teams, getting coaches fired and causing teams that play the Lions to lose their next game
After 60 years of total incompetence yes…until you realize Goff gives you zero chance to win the SB and roster starts to get super expensive

And that ought to answer a lot of questions._
This to me is the most telling part: _"you will see us this coming year not build it for the future."_ This is Jerry literally saying they aren't spending at all.... and the restructuring was to free up cap space, as they'll owe Dak that money regardless.
The irony is that Jerry's mad that his "all in" strategy has backfired...
As a cowboys fan im kinda enjoying this.
Jerry is doing the right thing for the Cowboys.
I had this dialed years ago when JJ fired Tom Landry and Tex Schramm.
Men with power don't like to be questioned about what their doing with said power. The only like praise.
Jerry Jones is MAD because People are CALLING HIM OUT
Huge " you disrespectful whippersnapper!" energy.
It’s almost as if he has something to be upset about. Any other team would fire the GM….
Jerry agreed to be there. By that decision he agreed to answer questions before the show started. That man is a clown.
Shan & RJ are the best. 105.3 the fan 🔥
As an eagle fan I LOVE Jerry Jones!
Thumbnail makes Jerry look about 1 more season away from going full Skeletor.
Wait, what are you guys talking about? Did JJ threaten to get the interviewer fired after the clip RE played?
Dog shouldn't have trolled us fans talking that all in talk in the off-season. You want a weekly radio show, the hosts should absolutely call you out after we lose by 40. It was great audio hearing him crash out like that on my way to work yesterday.
Leave my executive of the decade alone he is doing a fantastic job I just hope that he does it another 20 years
Dak whispered in Jerry’s ear every week “ I’ll take you to Super-Bowl, this is our year”
Jerry “ okay We’re All In”
If you're the Dallas Cowboys and want Respectability. Start with the Coaches and Players and make Definite Changes period.
But what exactly has he done right, to help build a solid well rounded team?
That’s the most attention those guys on the FAN have gotten in years.
Rich has to thread lightly on the NFL especially with Jerry
We are experiencing the full and total knowledge and skill of Jerry Jones as a football genius.
Never leave Jerry!
He didn't show the worst part of the audio
They didn't even play the full clip where Jerry basically says you ask me about this and you'll be fired and I'll get someone else in to ask some softball questions instead
To Jerry Jones credit. At one time Dallas had one of the best offensive O-lines in football. Zelle, Amari Cooper, and many others. The only one who hasn't lived up to the expectation is Dak. Get him tf out of there.
good take Rich
Oh, glad Rich is back!!!!!!!!!!!
