Patriotic Tablesetting For A New England Weekend!!! 4th of July Decor

- In this video I show you my take on a 4th of July Patriotic Tablesetting. I start off with two navy blue and white checked tablecloths in 100% Cotton to give us that patriotic and New England feel. We are having seafood today on our beautiful vintage blue and white china on our lace pattern chargers purchased at Hobby Lobby. If you have been following our channel you will remember the red pitchers I used with our table today in our previous pitcher collection video. The napkins are 100% cotton red napkins that I think brings the red white and blue theme all together. Stay tuned for part 2 of this video showing you our New England Weekend seafood buffet to celebrate our 4th of July, Independence Day. Love the buffalo check with red, white, and blue! We call it "Zwiebelmuster" in Germany with the Blue Onion pattern. There are many variations. Your collection is lovely!

I must say, As the shout outs were given, I had a nostalgic magic mirror Romper Room feeling.
Oh, how special the attendees of this experience will feel with such a well put together tablescape and buffet.
Besides the cost of seafood , my only regret is not getting the large rubber lobster and crab that I put back while thrifting. They would have made great table accents . I would have seen the vision for them. If only I had this table setting tattooed guy in my life then.

I lived 11 years in Portsmouth RI on Aquidneck Island right across the bridge from Bristol RI where they have the oldest 4th of July Parade in the US..they even paint the stripes in the streets red white & blue..

I salute you , it looks very patriotic, I am in Annapolis this week and heading home for the actual 4th. There are plenty of flags around the academy and I found a couple of pretty things in shops up here. I bought 12 cut crystal punch cups with red flashing around the top..gorgeous. I found them in a Lutheran Society Charity shop on West st. it was a good score. the mrs.widow of bigjacdaddy

Hi ya Jeff . Thankyou for a shout out . I absolutely love the table . We don't have the 4th of July but we arrived in Australia on the day 52 yrs ago Mum, Dad , Catherine and myself got off the ship in Sydney . As you know I'm the only one here now but I still try to celebrate our coming here to Aussie land . I was going to have all my family for it this year but we are in lockdown again , so not this year . May be after . I love the blue and red in the table . As you know me being Scottish English we to are red white and blue . My Jeff was born on Australia Day so he can't be more Australian . His family came on the First fleet in 1788 one a convict the other a royal marine . The rest are Irish . Beautiful table.. love the crab 🦀 I have one blue onion plate my son found by a dumpster when he was little. He brought it home to me along with three other blue and white plates and a dead mouse he had rescued from a bird. He said it was in shock!!! But it was really me in shock 😳.
