We celebrated our 50 year anniversary three years ago. Our children came. I wasn't feeling too well but enjoy d being with family. May is such a beautiful month. We will be married 40 years on June 4th, and yes, marriage is definitely a journey with wonderful times and a few bumps and potholes, but I thank God every day for my husband and our journey together!

My sweetheart and I celebrate 40 years on May 11! With God's help and mercy, we are blessed with 5 children and 9 grandchildren (so far!). Our youngest son just got married last week!

So true about marriage, 16 years, infertility, two kids, cancer, parental dementia and so much more. We are totally different people. I have trouble even remembering who I was when we got married.
A long life live together will produce this sort of journey, it? I’m thankful you’re still together and have helped each other through the storms!

Dashboard change: either side works for me, but if someone likes to Frankenplan or remove weekly pages and just keep the months, it helps if the dashboard is behind the month page.

That’s some thing I would have never thought of, Patricia! Very good point!
A few things that helped me build a consistent exercise routine about 15 years ago were:
1) "10 minutes is better than no minutes" That motto helped my motivation a lot.
2) I set out my workout clothes and shoes and put them on first thing in the morning. I didn't let myself change out of them until I'd done at least 10 minutes.
3) I can skip one day. I can skip two days. I'm not allowed to skip the third day. Now, even when I'm sick, I'll go for a little 5 minute walk in the house and then stretch to limber up my achy joints and muscles so I don’t skip that third day.
4) On days when I have zero motivation but know I need to exercise, I count down out loud: "5-4-3-2-1 start now" and then just warm up. Usually, that gets me to do a whole workout, but when it doesn’t, well, 5 minutes is better than no minutes. 💚
