Ibrah , you hosted my company in your office almost for free. I had issues with my partners which led to me not coming to work and eventually leaving the partnership . But I can say you have a very clean heart , all the time we shared that space , I valued our conversations and I still respect you so much, I believe in you and I am sure you can push this content and make your dreams come true. Keep pushing .
CARNVERSATIONS is a baby that is already born. The baby has to be brought up with either one or both parents. Not all is lost.Lets raise this baby to one million subs guys.We are behind the brand fully.
DO NOT shut down the channel. If Erick is not interested in making content anymore, he has a right to leave. You can buy him out and continue running the channel. Content iendelee kama kawa Ibra and the squad. We learn a lot through this channel. Wishing him the best though. He is a talented host. You two made a great team.
This show is so good to be resolved. Please keep the business going. Tunaweza kujoin kama share holders to add value to this business. How much is his shares value?
thanks for coming out IBRA.. it's sad lakini show lazima tu iendelee Wokabi should also come clean on whats happening. Asiende tu hivo, we have become a big family ambapo sii vizuri atuache tu hivyo
Ibrah, this guy has alot of maturity in handling this issue, respect also to Erick for the far he has brought up this channel, my take -In the Bible Elijah was great but Elisha who came after got double the anointing, so our Elisha that is Ibrah, continue building the channel, we are behind you in full support. To Elijah that is Erick thank you, you have been of great help and impacted alot of knowledge to us, respect man.

This is saddening man😢 Here are some insights; If the business was incorporated as a partnership, whatever the context, the partnership must be dissolved if one partner wants to leave, even if the others want to continue. Thanks for the clarification. Partnerships dissolve but companies don't because they exist independently from the shareholders. It's relatable the 'dissolving' part is coming from the Labour of love aspect.
Chapa kazi bro! We have decided….continue…. Partnerships are complex, lakini lamba glucose rudi kazi…show must continue, nayo nayo iende mbele kama injili.
I wish you guys well. Building a product/ brand is not a joke. It requires a lot of sacrifices and teamwork. In a team , no one is more important than the other. You pull together. I hope you guys find a middle ground to solve your differences and keep the craft. Wishing you well.
All this is absolutely normal. kazi iendelee. Erick is also a brand himself so is Carnvasations with or without Eric. We shall support both of you in all your endeavours. Peace.
Sometimes as business partners, one person might get bored doing the same thing. Why not have 2 content lines. If Ibra wants to go the review way and Wokabi wants to go the touring way it's fine. This is a motor vlog that can diversify its content line into different themes. Infact we will love it even more as it spices the content up. Both of you are capable in your own strengths. Incorporate that approach as the guys from 4WD 24-7 did. Occasionally you meet to discuss topics from your subscribers. Na kama mnataka I assist you with that I have no problem joining the team. You guys had a really good thing going. Maybe money isn't flowing in as expected. Diversify itakuja. I am certified digital marketer naweza wasaidia with the back end of this. No need to dissolve.
Since I subscribed to this chanel 3 years ago, this is the saddest day for me and I can feel it from your tone, you are hurting brother. We are here to continue supporting Carnversations no matter what.Hatubanduki kaka hadi tamati.Keep your head up, this is our house.
I bought my first car 2019 and never knew about cars that much. But when i came by Carnversation, it helped me get to understand more about cars and reliability. I introduced many of my friends to watch the channel before buying there first car to understand what they need. Eric was talented but I can understand if is time is up. There are many other hosts out there who have studied for that. They can get a chance too. Bro pia wewe uko fiti. Don't dissolve it
I've been watching Carnversations since 2022 and so far I can rate it as the best automotive show in Kenya. I would wish that you keep up the good work amidst your differences and keep on producing dope content!
This is a simple problem. 1. Hire an accountant to perform valuation of your company 2. Let Eric sell his shares at the current valuation 3. In the meantime, slash Eric's salary as he is not contributing to revenue generation 4. He should continue earning from the content he participated in creating on this channel. UA-cam breaks down estimated revenue from each monetised video so this shouldn't be hard. This remains UNTIL he disposes his shares.
Don't quit wefue...You've got the potential and much respect from us the fans. For the two reviews that you've done alone so far shows that you can still propel the channel forward with ease. Tuko nyuma yako na hatubanduki kamwe. Quiting ain't an option na sasa carnisa imepata carsisi. Much respect for coming out clear on what's going on bwana 6'2😂😂
Do not dissolve Carnversations. Tafadhaaali ! Pana Jaribu. Keep it moving. Get car gurus as guests, feature garages and host their proprietors. Host car enthusiasts, truckers, plant operators, valuers. There's a whole pool to pick topics from.. Keep Going Ibrahim.
This is one of my favorite channels on UA-cam. Please never stop. You can slow down, you can take a break to re-strategize, but please don't end the channel. Tuko hapa!
It's always courteous and professional to laid it bare and do it openly.....why would a partner disappear and not inform his partner on his plans. Kama amepata deal fiti huko nje anasema tu na mnakaa chini mnavalue company then mnagawana na kila mtu anaende shughuli yake. It ain't right to just ghost someone, leaves so many questions.... On dissolution, don't dissolve the company as you and your team can still deliver value on the show. Just sit down with Erick and a valuer, give him what the company owes him and let him go his way. Always be civil with each other as you may need to do a collaboration in future. All the best
Even if he comes back, he'll come back to finish you. He's already given you a sign. Partnerships hukuwa shit. I hope it works out for you Ibra. All the best champ.
From the word go Wokabi overshadowed you guys, ilikuwa opinion yake isimame. Sometimes with him it wasn't reviewing but he was right and his opinions was always superior.
The biggest loss is not death but when our relationships die when we are still alive. Going by the chemistry you guys had I know you were friends. Losing a friend is never easy and my best wishes goes out to you Ibra and your team. You owe it to yourself, the people who depend on you and your fans to solder on. You can do it.
Man this emotional. I've learnt a lot and especially to think twice when getting into partnerships. Don't give up bro, go on with the channel, from the comments support iko 💪
Ibra I salute you for handling this the way you have, with utmost integrity and transparency. It shows that your character is very commendable. Endelea na show Ibra. We're behind you 100%. As for Eric, he should have handled this in a much more mature and professional way.
It's a man eat man society. No one should feel too big and too important to make all the decisions for everyone. Being a team player is more important than having massive talent. No man is an island. All the best Ibra. You're a very mature, responsible gentle man, your leadership skills will keep the team together to achieve big things.
We are all ready to support both of you guys, let each one of you venture on their own. Definitely we can not be here all these years halafu tuzime! Mr. Toloi chapa kazi mkiwa na Mbugua, Erick tuta mpa support penye ata anza.
Thank you for giving Erick his flowers and respecting his wishes... I pray you sort it out amicably. Carnversation is bigger than an individual... Canversation belongs to us and so we say push on bro and take it to another level.. Yu and the rest of the team are upto the task.. It is well
I bought my first car by following reviews in this channel. Let us not deny other people like me in future who will use your help through the informative reviews you do. Since your background is media, you keep going and use any available expert help on motoring.
As a loyal canversation fan from 🇿🇲 Zambia, i feel sad that you guys have gotten to this position, however, Ibra you are more than capable to Soldier on borther. Please continue to give us those alluring and awesome reviews, also wishing Erick success in his new endeavours.
Whatever you are going through, I went through some year ago and pushing with the business was the best choice for me and my business. Going solo in biz has never been easier. Cheers to you 👏🏾 and all the best. Content tunangoja sana😉
Thank you sir for respecting the viwers, subcribers and car enthusiasts. Explaining yourself to your customers is very mature and it shows the company/business is bigger than yourself or any other person. Dissolving the company is not an option, to make it worse in this case one person's feelings would get in the way of business and the needed services to so many of your customers. He should take his 50% share of the company and walk away together with his immaturity. There always will be disagreements between partners and workmates and you always solve them, compromise or agree on a middle ground. Find a lawyer, weigh your options and present then to him if he insists on dissolution, take it to court. But Do Not under any circumstance dissolve the company. And in the event you fail to buy him out or raise his 50% retirement fee, come back here we will Changa and raise the difference. This channel has saved me more than 500k that i would have otherwise lose.
We love conversations and no matter was you guys have my full support 🎉 Erick is gone ibrah is here lets keep going. Reviews noma noma . Am glad you did this with alot of respect
Thank you Ibrahim for explaining this the unfortunate turn of events. Don't let it go. Carry on, pick the broken pieces and you will build the brand further - you have what it takes.
Truly, I can tell you Ibra, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger!! And you all can't hault the business because you are waiting for someone to decide if he will go on or not. Time waits for no man!! Conversations should continue, and I'm sure the remaining team is very capable of pushing this brand to greater heights.
Erick akiulizwa kuhusu mbona alitoka ...anazungusha interviewer tu...but the way he exited shows hes very entitled and thought youll fail...akwende nahuko
I believe you have a vision that will keep Carnversation going forward. Bring the connectivity, the new ideas are welcome and soon serious voices of car reviews that hold good amout authority in this space in Kenya will take hold. Soldier on!!
Kazi iendelee. No one has the monopoly of knowledge. You know that as a host, and it's good for subscribers. Especially when you bring the true experts on board for interviews.
Conversations is bigger than an individual IBRA piga kazi. You have our support, mbele kuzuri bro. You can now put in your vision and wishes. All the man
It's okay Ibra, nothing in business haina solution . You dissolve the partnership and move on. What you can do is buy the trademark to Carnversations or pay Erick royalties as long as you continue using the name. Usisikie vibaya ati you'll still be paying Erick when he's gone, hapana hiyo ni legacy yenu wawili and you'll be keeping the vision and the mission of the show when you started it. Also bring in good talent and restructure the show and the business to take care of issues like this kule mbele. Be a man of good faith, but note this. The longer this drags on the more it is a threat to your business. Subscribers tuko hapa hatuendi mahali! We've got your backs guys!
You already won us as the canversation family and no one is going anywhere just coz some wanna get off board.. please go one..u inspire newbies out here..🎉
My 2 cents on this Ibra, there's no need to close the channel. Keep the channel going of course you have the necessary talent, skills and tech. As for Eric we all appreciate his contribution and wherever he goes we'll equally support him as well. I believe you and Mbugua are good for the screens by now so grow the channel further.
I beg to join you guys... Am a car enthuasist and I know much about cars as well . Above all kindly dont shut down the channel, you have a big virtual family behind you
I believe you guys can sit down and solve it kama anataka kuenda Wokabi aende tu kama ameamua give him his shares then you continue again along the way you'll figure it out God bless you guys
Keep the contents coming I watched you guys since the honda stepwagon review, so we move on....so ibra we as the subscibers we pronounce you the new carsisi🎉
This is the path of the creative, it will get chaotic but its the cost of brilliance, Eric will be back after he is done fighting/feeding whatever demons ail him. Look at the guys over at Top gear which then morphed to the Grand Tour. All will be well with carnversations, hopefully Eric will get his ducks in a row soon if not find a new host and get to scale higher heights. Good luck Ibrah you sound passionate and have given a lot to this so it will work itself out.
This is a sad and equally brave video...the move is to do some restructuring, continue working on the vision na kusonga kama injili...keep on keeping on bwana Ibra
Kudos for coming out and engaging us, your fans on what is going on behind the scenes. We are here, we accept what has happened and we shall continue supporting you guys in your work.
All the best Ibra,We love you❤❤ I expereinced the same before when a friend with pure talet left us,we still soldierd on regardless. The brain is you.Goodluck
I have come to love carnversation, and through this channel I was able to buy my first car which I completely love it. Please keep this good work going..... We need this content every day.....
The very first time I introduced my siz to carnversations, we watched the pod and she liked Ibra's aura kwanza on CMNL where he normally "mc's" the entire pod for 60min plus and she became a die hard. Carversations has to go on and mad respect Ibrahim. Whatever it takes ata kama ni rebranding. We cant kill it prematurely...after all no soldier has a smooth skin, Ibra game on, the fam is here.
1. Erick Should Unfat 2. The channel should remain with the people who want to remain. 3.The world of knowledge is an ocean , and what has been discovered is just a drop. So the exit of someone could be the beginning of new Content never seen before in this channel. 4. Ibra you have the potential to grow bigger than any car explainer in Kenya.
Ive been part and parcel of this big dream , I am in absolute tears after we pushed this from 1k followers aka Murife after the Tata Xenon review when he got some name and a spice of fame 😂 Ibra (business minded) went ahead to sweet talk him , he came back on board and we re-branded from Carnversations with Wokabi to Carnversations. A lesson I can learn is whenever you see red flags from the beginning run never beg . "Ibra omwana akhunyerire khumurwe 😂"
I respect both of you. That said, there comes a time when an entity outgrows individuals. Right now, Carnversation is much bigger than any of you individually. Whatever your decisions, Carnversation has to go on. Any disgruntled individual must and should be allowed to leave within amicable terms. Soldier on sir! WE NEED CONTENT!
Ibrah , you hosted my company in your office almost for free. I had issues with my partners which led to me not coming to work and eventually leaving the partnership . But I can say you have a very clean heart , all the time we shared that space , I valued our conversations and I still respect you so much,
I believe in you and I am sure you can push this content and make your dreams come true. Keep pushing .
Thank you brother, we live to grow and make it better 🙏

Here are some insights;
If the business was incorporated as a partnership, whatever the context, the partnership must be dissolved if one partner wants to leave, even if the others want to continue. After that, a new partnership can be formed with the remaining members who can then resume operations on their own.
If the business was incorporated as a company, then the company continues even when one of the owners (shareholders) has left the company. In this instance, the exiting shareholder (co-owner) can sell his/ her shares to the existing shareholders (co-owners). The company won't dissolve because the company in itself is a legal person, independent of its owners. Its assets and its liabilities belong to the legal person (the company) and not to the owners, and therefore the assets should not be liquidated and split.
When exiting, the remaining existing shareholder(s) has/have the first opportunity to buy the exiting partners shares, its there in partnership deed.
Thank You for this piece.
Thanks for the clarification. Partnerships dissolve but companies don't because they exist independently from the shareholders. It's relatable the 'dissolving' part is coming from the Labour of love aspect.
As long as the quality is upheld, tuendelee. 💪🏿
Chapa kazi bro! We have decided….continue…. Partnerships are complex, lakini lamba glucose rudi kazi…show must continue, nayo nayo iende mbele kama injili.
Don't worry Bro. Partnerships don't always last. Exit clauses should be agreed mutually. Nobody should destroy the other. All the best to ALL.

You can't just dissolve the company... mwenye anataka kwenda aende... always supporting carnversation s fun numberi one die hard
We love conversations and no matter was you guys have my full support 🎉
Erick is gone ibrah is here lets keep going.
There is no way Carnvasation is breaking up. All we need is reviews and Ibra is also good at it so keep going bro tunakungoja
Oh no!!we will miss that guy.but thank you bwana Ibrahim for addressing the issue, the show must go on.
Ngojeni kwanza ninunue gari...dont dissolve it!!
😂😂same
Conversations is bigger than an individual IBRA piga kazi. You have our support, mbele kuzuri bro. You can now put in your vision and wishes. All the man
All the best
I am happy you acted professionally. No need to close carnversation, you have employee that are dependant on it.. Kindly continue running.
Mi sasa nimechanganyikiwa, I really loved your shows men. Your blend was dope manze, Erick asolve issues zake arudi
Above all kindly dont shut down the channel, you have a big virtual family behind you
Interested as well
Carnversations must go on💪,bring mbugua on set as we look for more adventures.Mbugua asikose😂😂
Keep it going...it's sad but pick up the pieces and soldier on everything is possible bro ..
😂😂😂🔥
Shikilia Ibrah. Tuzidi na Carnversations. Tunawish Wokabi all the best, in the next steps.
Hapa kidogo mambo ni mbadala... Content ilikua safi... Sad we are here today... Ibra keep going... We must finish what we began
Good luck Ibrah you sound passionate and have given a lot to this so it will work itself out.
nimeogopa partnership ,ilikua kairo now canversation wacha nikue kiman solo.
True
I appreciate you giving us the real picture.
Carnversations is not being dissolved, we are happy to have your brand continue as is
This is a sad and equally brave video...the move is to do some restructuring, continue working on the vision na kusonga kama injili...keep on keeping on bwana Ibra
Kudos for coming out and engaging us, your fans on what is going on behind the scenes. We are here, we accept what has happened and we shall continue supporting you guys in your work.
All the best Ibra,We love you❤❤
I expereinced the same before when a friend with pure talet left us,we still soldierd on regardless.
The brain is you.Goodluck
I have come to love carnversation, and through this channel I was able to buy my first car which I completely love it. Please keep this good work going..... We need this content every day.....
Erick Wokabi is a good guy. There is a point a man needs to a make a decision. Let him enjoy the freedom
Totally true
The very first time I introduced my siz to carnversations, we watched the pod and she liked Ibra's aura kwanza on CMNL where he normally "mc's" the entire pod for 60min plus and she became a die hard. Carversations has to go on and mad respect Ibrahim. Whatever it takes ata kama ni rebranding. We cant kill it prematurely...after all no soldier has a smooth skin, Ibra game on, the fam is here.
1. Erick Should Unfat
😂😂😂 .
@@henrywere725 Truth be told 😂😂
@@bonfaceosuka 😅 I can't talk much I'll fail to punctuate my statements correctly.
Ibra show lazima iendelee. I believe in you man, continue with your vision and mission for Carnversation.
