Hi - We are expecting delivery in early December on the next batch of Alpha and YES they will have the backpack style case. We need to update that on our site but we'll take new pics when those cases arrive.
I bought my Alpha for summer performances in Texas and it quickly became my go to clarinet. I upgraded to a new traditional barrel and it really sparkles.
I'm really tempted. It's been over two decades since I played clarinet, having given it up after high school. Probably best to first see if my old one is lying about somewhere. I think my sister might have it from when one of her kids was learning...
