Arguably Britains most hardworking steam locomotive right now, LMS Black 5 No. 44871 headed the first Dorset Coast Express of the year today, commencing the weekly express with an almighty run across the south
coast.
We catch her on the inward run from Weymouth towards London Waterloo, capturing her at Winchester, Southampton Central and Ashurst New Forest.
Im assuming this won't be the last time I see her this year haha. But enjoy the shots taken from a very hectic few hours of travel. :)
