truth be told so many things are wrong in Nigeria, if you own a club or church there should be sound proof, when I visited Nigeria last 2 years,I and my kids couldn't sleep in the hotel we stayed in, I don't know what they are doing in the next building every day the music noise that comes out of there is just so annoying,the worst it no stop .this can never happen in abroad,that place will be closed immediately.
In Abroad They Have Limit Time, Like Clubs They Have It In Commercial Areas But Bars Is Residential Area ,In My Area I Hear It Wototo For Weekend Too Much Noise But It Is Not Till Day Break,For Nigerians Churches Police Do Come To Shut It Down Because Of Noise But They Do Advise Them To Do Sounds Prove
