Is it me or is Shocker aggressively mid? Like he's not BAD. But he's not GREAT. But electro is bonkers.⚡
Shocker from the comics. Not powerful enough to be taken seriously, but powerful enough to be foolish to underestimate.
I think he'll be great/can shine when he is brought in the right situation, but will not hold his weight as a 3 threat if brought into a bad setup for him.
