These are great tips Daniel, most of which I practice (although I'm like you: I can drink a cup of coffee and be asleep literally 10 minutes later!). I don't go to bed until I'm tired because I find that lying awake and staring at the ceiling makes it even worse - I can be like that for hours if I set an artificial bedtime. Another thing I used to have a problem with is accidentally keeping my bedside table-lamps on when falling asleep. I would still sleep, of course, but on waking up in the morning I'd feel terrible, only poor quality sleep having been achieved (and a waste of electricity). It's almost like I was part-awake through the night even though I wasn't aware, and would have red eyes in the morning and be grouchy. I've solved that by having smart plugs for my table lamps, which automatically turn off by a certain time and which are also voice-activated. I know that some might say "why not just turn the lights off?", but I'm one of those people who is awake, awake, awake and then sleeps literally like a switch and it's not always in my control to have enough awareness to switch the lights off. On the rare nights where I'm still struggling to fall asleep, I use Amazon Echo's "Sleep Sounds" function (command: "Alexa, open Sleep Sounds!"). I find in particular the "Ocean" sound of gently crashing waves to be very conducive to sleep. If all also fails, find some complicated textbook - when I was doing exams, a surefire way to sleep was to try to revise while lying down in bed!

Not that my subscription in particular is anything to strive for, I'm just saying you do a good job with this youtube thing. You are inspiring. I would really like it if you mad a video about those countries that you have been in, what they were like, what people there was like etc. And I would also love it if you named some books you think all men should read ( if you are a reader that is, but I think you are, because you have a good vocabulary and seem at least somewhat smart :P ) By the way, have you notice how few dislikes every video you make gets? That is a huge compliment, for we all know how negative the tube and internet can be, so take that to heart. Looking forward to see more content, and to watch that what you already have made.
