It's not MOP classic. It's just a timed event where u create new characters and level them fast. Then at the end the tokns u make carry over to retail.

One question this video fails to answer is if it's MoP classic.
It's not mop classic. It's retail wow restrained within MOP zone with It's own wacky rules. Talents are retail, the characters will become retail characters at the end of the event.
