Just completed interview yesterday got cleared all 3 rounds . They told to get results form respective TPO of our college.

Only That TR MR round elimination is happening in AP and also that Cut off procedure of 1:3 is just Assumptions. I have seen tcs hire more than estimated target if they get good candidates so it all depends upon the candidate

They are asking original documents compulsory are they are just ok with the Xerox copy also
If you only have original documents like AC, PC, DL, or Voter ID card, along with your college ID, and if you also have your Bachelor's Degree results, you don't need the transcript of your Bachelor's degree for all semesters. Additionally, you must have original marksheets for 10th and 12th (they might ask, they didn't ask me about it). Bring two CVs; there is no hard and fast rule to come with a xerox copy with the invite mail and passport-sized photos - these are optional.

Quality students has not reached to interview round. This is the main issue. Company should call those disqualified students for interview

@iamnayan1331 that's not a valid point dude. You have to perform very well in interview, even though you are not smart ( i.e, preparation should be very good😊). They don't know that you are smart or not smart unless you perform well in the interview 😀.

sir i have 6.5 cgpa in the engineering and 82% in puc and 87% in sslc. I have Selected for the digital role. I have also done good in the Interview. But my doubt is In the interview mail they said that 'FIRST CLASS" must be there in the degree Certificate. But when my cgpa 6.5 is converted into the percentage it is 58-59%. means "SECOND CLASS" IN the degree certificate. Is there is any problem . After the selection process. Some students are facing the same situation like me. Please help me what is going to happen?????

I have given interview yesterday for the role of ninja. Generally they dont see your updated resume they see only whatever resume you have uploaded at form filling. One of my friends incident happened there. He has mentioned Java in the uploaded resume but for yesterdays interview he has removed java from resume. Though they asked questions of java. He told them that he has not that much knowledge of java then TR replied that you have mentioned java, then friend said that i have mentioned java when the resume has to be upload. Then i removed.
