That's the antagonist's victims you look at Reema sen excluding songs in minnale ( it's his first Film so obviously he had so much pressure), look at Kaaka Kaaka vv jyotika till that she wasn't doing any meaningful roles. Trisha anushka in yennai arindhal Trisha in vtv . Is she beautiful in any other movie without skin show. Pachaikili muthucharam Andrea, AYM manjima, ENPT heroine. Till now he never shoes women in skin revealing costumes
@@snehakrishnan5170 GVM himself confessed in an video interview that he felt very bad when he along with his son watched Vettaiyadu Villaiyadu .most of the entire movie, he had to keep his hands on sons face to avoid him watch whts on screen...women were just a piece of flesh in that movie..and not to talk about ' Nadunisi Naigal ' which was ultimate !!!..adopted son has fun with mother( thuuuuuuu!!!!!)... this is what we should call being holy respectful to women..lol..😀
When you say that a villain character does that to a woman, it is not glorified. When a hero does that , it is glorified. I don't think so any gvm hero done that.
@@nikithageorge441 : I have NOT used the word VILLAIN in any of my above comments,..so that means the debate is not about Hero OR Villain,...But whether GVM did create movies degrading women and not respecting women in some of his movies.
Also, Central Board of Film Certification(CBFC) had Marked V/U certification to Vettaiyadu Villaiyadu because of its highly violent, sexual content it dealt with (LGBT sex, wild Women abuse, group sex on women,.. multiple murder post rape) etc etc.
Normally Films with the A certification are available for public exhibition, but with restriction to adults (aged 18+).. however highly explicit and Controversial, adult or suggestive themes (like Vettaiyadu Villaiyadu) were found to be unsuitable for young viewers was re-certified with V/U !!!!!!!!!!!! which does not happen in the case of U and U/A certified movies...which describes what kind of movie is this Vettaiyadu Villaiyadu to the audience..☺
So lovely to see GVM in a great zone of his creativity. Wishing him more of such environments to bring the best of creations going forward for all the years to come

First of all, A movie Director must not get into the story and derails in a interview on a just released movie. This fellow seem to be very unhappy doing this movie, because this is a mamukka movie and GVM is well aware that he is only a second fiddle.

I watched the film but didn't understand why she killed Karthik's lover?
Can anyone explain?
Karthik and 'she' both are the same person.. so it's literally he killing his lover right? Why he killed? Because now his lover is aware of his real personality and some conflicts happens around that.. in the movie this portion is dealt in a minimal way but actually they should have shown more details.. he is a psycho which is evident from his childhood as he kills his own father.. when his girlfriend comes to know about his personality that triggers the psycho in him.. so he kills her.

As they are not dubbing the movie it should be clearly conveyed
@@gsanmech3 the answer for why he kills is shown in the movie but they should have given more space into more details to establish the emotional connect with the audience especially while showing when he kills his girlfriend.. it was like a passing cloud which fails to make an impression in the audience.. they rushed up the climax like a fast forward which could have been avoided by trimming some scenes in first half which was extensively used just for establishing Mammootty's character..
The killer is very much attached to his sister and her demise at very young age is one of the main reason why he has that psychological effect in him to be more feminine apart from his own nature to be like that..
So he basically consider himself as a woman (i am assuming his hormones changes too) and anyone who is trying to question this identity or humiliates him he gets triggered..
But saying all this i still don't know if such a person would be in a relationship with another female which we can't say as we haven not personally know someone who is going through this situation in real world scenario.. this story is written by a doctor so they should have some references i guess..
Also they show someone stealing girlfriends purse in the bus stop right? I am not able to recollect why that theft was done.. if it was a thief why he didn't take the money and gold chain? Or was he not a thief? What was the motive behind stealing the purse?

Malayalam industry is a much healthier and an efficient industry. Tamil industry is spoilt because of the male lead actors with the superstar complex. Please note that I did not use the word heroes. We need to realise that all the so called heroes are over rated. They are also normal imperfect people who have mostly imperfect lives like most of us. It's unfortunate that tamil industry is filled with those so called heroes who care only about their own growth and filling their bank accounts...we hardly see people willing to make compromises to ensure the industry grows as well. Selfishness at its heights.
