I wonder why they struck the complaint down? My belief is if Greece is credit worthy then they should issue bonds but of course they are not in that case governments need to get throw the money at them because they are a bad bet and governments are the only foolish enough to take a bad bet.
It isn't the courts job to decide wheather Greece is credit worthy or not. It's there job to decide wheather the way in which Germany and the EU want to help them is constitutional in Germany.
