In fact, initial report of death is due to pre-existing condition. If not for citizens and surveillances videos, the police would have gotten away again. Only after huge protest, it is upgraded to second degree and other three for aiding. 3 minutes of the video when George was not responsive should be enough to charge the police for first degree murder.
