1)PLC based Grinding Process
Step Conditions
(1) Start PB is to start the process.
At initial, Job in sensor should be in ON condition and job out sensor should be in OFF condition.
(3) When job in sensor detects object for surface grinding should turn on conveyor motor to move the object
141. When rough sensor detects objeet, conveyor nustor should turn OFF and Rough grinding motor sivaid turn ON for 20s. After the process. Conveyor motor should turn ON automatically
(5). When fine sensor detects object, conveyor motor should turn OFF and Fine grinding motor should turn ON for 20s. After the process. Conveyor motor should turn ON
automatically till job out sensor turn ON
(6). Packing sensor should turn ON, when job out sensor ON.

Question for you. I have a conveyor belt that I want to start up have the conveyor run a bag comes across a sensor or limit switch, stops the conveyor for 10 seconds and then starts back up again. Is the programming for that similar to this?

couldn’t you just latch and unlatch the motor using a TON AND TOF
