I discovered this song not long ago. So far, I've heard rock versions, jazz versions, and choral versions. Yours is one of my favorites. I'm curious. It seems to be an unofficial French anthem but my friend who lives in Paris doesn't know it and nobody in the US who I know knows it. Whatever, great song and great version.

It made for some great music but French music on this continent are, surprisingly, confined to Lousiana and French Canada. I have a friend who lives in Paris and is married to a Parisian, I asked him about the song to find he'd never heard of it, which surprised me. He may not be a music fan.
