It's not easy for me to get people to listen to Mystery Theater but my neighbors were really receptive. It's about 81 degrees in Vallejo CA. I hope you will be listening to tonight's story. What makes these plays unique is the actors portray their characters without sight; the opposite of silent film stars who had sight, but no sound. Each was a touch of artistic genius.❤
05-14-24 Listening from Southern Ontario, Canada. It was 75* today with a lovely light breeze. The sun set at 8:38 p.m. tonight, and will rise tomorrow at 5:55 a.m. We have a wood deck right off the kitchen, and I put out peanuts for the chippies (chipmunks), red squirrels, black squirrels, blue jays and cardinals - all that could smell the nuts. My two indoor cats sat in front of the glass/screen sliding door while I cooked a small roast beef supper, with mashed russet potatoes, gravy and slow roasted carrots. I haven’t laughed so hard as I watched the small circus of animals over the next two hours!! My cats sat perched in an on-guard mode, and chattered every time they saw the animals skittering around for the nuts - sometimes coming right up to the screen door. Those two hours were the best part of my day today, and I felt invigorated too!!! Hope everyone sleeps well tonight, and dreams sweet dreams. 🙏❤🫠 I enjoyed Sam Dan’s story tonight.
