The bit about Orlando reminds me of Dallas, TX. John Neely Bryan is attested to have named it for "my friend Dallas," but no one knows who that friend might have been. Dallas *County* was probably named for Polk's VP (it was named at the same time as Polk County, which was explicitly named after the president), but the city was named a few years before, and there's no record of Bryan ever having met that Dallas. The WPA Guide to Dallas mentions four candidates for the city's namesake, but we'll never know for sure. This is the sort of thing that happens when you let a madman found a city.

There needs to be a part 2.
Glad to know Michigan isn't the only one to give a town the name Christmas.
As someone that grew up in Clearwater, we just ignore the downtown area-except Christmas when there is a Christmas tree light design on the building
As someone from Clearwater it’s got very pretty beaches.
This needs to be a series lol. Especially with any southern state, this would be gold. There needs to be some jokes about Paris, London, Jerusalem, Palestine, and Little Italy that are all small towns in Arkansas. Not to mention other ones like Possum Grape, Bald Knob, Fifty-Six, Weiner, and Flippin.
I was so excited to hear celebration and I got it and now I’m content
