Awesome babe and tore shoulder right one pretty good yesterday helping Nole get his son's part of trailer back up but took a good amount of msm and turmeric and fish oil since last night and swimming and physical therapy and even drumming just a but but going easier but either way going to Karate Monday but only gonna use the 1 arm cause it was really bad even was coming like out of socket like almost hanging at times and I've said to myself ate you kidding me again!!!Always something!!Love You!! I don't give up either way 1 arm or 2
@@SHREDBEARD696 Haha Thanks bro and actually did a good amount of drumming even throwing my punches today I just threw with my right when I was in lake haha but I know tons of physical therapy just from over the years many times having to go and do that stuff but don't have to go cause I learned so much from the different physical therapists I've been too I probably know more than some of them haha Yea man your a smart man cause the idiot I am I had to still Drum and work out a bit today but maybe now I can take it easy next 2 days plus hoping to go to Karate Monday and just have to spar with one arm but all together I spend about 4 years boxing and kickboxing with 1 arm so knock on wood maybe I'll be alright.haha yea man it was like 1 year just left arm another year left and then 1 years just used right and also for like another year just used right arm and left arm one time I think was like a year and a half straight and Lena used to come watch at times haha Then finally she started going and yea man 1 time after I had the left shoulder operated on and arm was in sling and your supposed to take 10 months off but I was still doing Jiu Jitsu/grappling witj 1 arm in sling man.Dam Trev I'm getting to old for this shit doing it like this man!!Haha I'll keep on keeping on I guess if God gives me the 💪strength!Love you bro and talk soon man!!Was gonna do a couple of your songs today and did some of Mike's but disc I had in ran out and at that time shoulder was really hurting again so my head was like Rick stop pushing it dummy!!Calling myself that!Haha
