Thankyou. My daughter is 6 and almost completed stage 4. It's nice for her to see what the next level requires

Currently training to be a L1 swim teacher assistant, these sets of videos (stages 1-5 so far) have been extremely helpful to see the outcomes visually. Thank you for the content and look forward to stage 6 coming out.

Happy to help! We will be looking to finish the set as soon as we can after the Olympics as well as an overall summary video of the aims and pathway of the learn to swim program!

If it's possible could you make a video on the butterfly pull technique. Is it a straight arm pull? Many refer to it as a keyhole shape but i don't get what that means.

How do I stop water from entering my nose while doing front crawl?

The best thing we can suggest is to puff your cheeks full of air when your face is in the water and only take short, sharp breaths when breathing to the side.
If that doesn't work, try blowing bubbles out of your nose when your face is in the water

@@PropulsionSwimming thanks so much. I struggled with this for over 4 years. You could maybe make a video on breathing

When life gets back to normality and pool time isn’t so hard to come by we definitely are planning more in the pool tutorials! We will add breathing advice to our list ✌🏻
