Similarly, like Batakness tradition in North of Sumatera Indonesia. We are Christian, we like singing while dancing. When shall we combine ? Shall we meet and sing together at the second coming of Christ ??? Brothers & sister God bless you too !!!
Thanks to one person who gave me thumbs up, may God bless you, as I said am a Christian from Nairobi Kenya, love to hear the song in Mizo language but I do not know from which Country, either, japan, Korea, China or sirilanga can some one tell me which country these beautiful choir comes from, love the way they prais Almighty. be blessed guys. As i said earlier on that are you ready to be in Heaven to praise Almighty soon? Thank you.
I am from zou community, the mizo gospel song, Aw roupuiber is the first song I can sing since my childhood, I like it very much, guys you all have wonderful voices, keep on praising Father Yahweh,,,, bless be you all,,
If anyone's interested here's a rough translation. This Mizo spiritual which was written way back in the late 1920's by Mr.R.L.Kamlala is today one of the most loved titles in the KHB/ Kristian Hla Bu or the Mizo Christian Hymn Book and this presentation by Bawngkawn (Area within Aizawl Municipality) Pastor Bial Zaipawl / Pastoral Circle Choir repeats verses 3 & 4. Title: Hallelujah to the Most Sovereign 1.O Most Sovereign Hallelujah We praise Thee Emmanuel All honor and authority Are Thine forever. Cho: (Hallelujah Hallelujah Amen)2 2.Earth's humankind of every stripe and hue Can now in accord with the Heavenly hosts By Thine redemptive blood Walk together in the grounds of the New Jerusalem. 3. O how deep and loft Thy Wisdom and Thy Love Which all the sweetest sounds of the Spirit World And all Heavenly tongues can scarcely report. 4. O tell me, unutterable Depth How a manger, an accursed Cross, And a Heavenly Crown are all so intertwined With Earth's Eden and the New Jerusalem. ( Let Christ and Christ alone have all the glory)
IMPORTANT: FOR THOSE WHO OPENLY EXPRESSED DISLIKE OR THUMBS DOWN FOR THIS SONG: Remember these lovely people are just praising The Lord. I don't think so if you are worthy enough to be called a christian (if you are one). The Bible says that JESUS loves to see his children praise HIM, specially when it truly comes from hearts like these. They do not have corrupt hearts like you to discourage others. What hurts you my brother or sister? If you do not like someone or his or her singing, its more human to keep quiet rather than discourage....May The Lord forgive you......
Hey Children of God, praising God in any language is always the best thing one can do to acknowledge the creator. You guys are awesome, let us meet in Heaven to praise God with you soon, are you ready?. Beautiful song in mizo. God bless you and keep you well. Am from Nairobi Kenya.

This songs reminds me of my father who is no more. The song is his most favourite one. My uncle told me that my father and his friends could sing this song for the whole night with a hand made guitar... We sing this song on his funeral... He died on 19/03/23. He is now worshipping God day and night.. and i could feel that he is singing this song in heaven. God bless again this Song.
God bless us! Think good, speak good,do good in your life coz it is your own life. Everyone of us individually will surrender ourselves to our Heavenly Father..

Well, there are different forms of Christian expression. Mizo Christianity isn't that stereotypical western Protestant Stiff Christianity, it isn't another Western Pentecostal Christianity either. What you are seeing here is a Mizo style of Worship and can be traced back to the pre-Christian tradition of dancing in worship.
