Brings back good memories we stayed in overflow park. ❤. It was the last year you were allowed to walk up Uluru. We didn’t do it. Once in a lifetime experience ❤
The overflow area is a great option, the park itself was amazing and to be so close to the rock was an added bonus. It certainly is a one in a lifetime experience, we loved it as well.
Hi there, so worth towing the car. We actually worked out that the shuttle bus only goes between the resort accommodation and restaurants. If you want to get out the Uluru and the Olgas you would have to book a bus tour and it is quite expensive and you will be with 100 other people. We drove out to different viewing platforms for sunrise, sunset, walks etc and the drive in to Uluru is about 15 mins and to the Olgas it took about 30 mins.
@@headsortailsmotorhometravels77 so many decisions to make :) Loving your UA-cam series, it’s given us so many ideas ready for when we get our motorhome end of July. I’ve enjoyed your South Coast, Tassie and Grampians trips, definitely on our list.
Some great shots walking around the Rock
Thanks, it's such a beautiful thing to take footage of.
Fabulous rundown, very helpful.
Glad it was helpful. 😊
Looked amazing guys. Definitely on our bucket list. This time of year looks like the best time as well. 🍻🥂
We would agree it was a great time to be there. Not too hot, still cool overnight but nice, so May/June/July is probably ideal.
Hi guys, that was awesome! Great photos and video of the Big Rocks!!
Thanks guys. It's hard to take a bad photo. You will see when you get there in your MH.
Stunning
It really is.

Glad you found it as breathtaking as we did❤ isn’t it just beautiful?
It sure is, i kept saying wow, it really was amazing to be there, something we will always remember.
we were lucky enough to have water running off the rock when we where there
That would have been amazing to see.
Do you think its worth towing the car all that way or is there enough bus transfers available. We have a 25.1 conquest and a swifty

Well done. Seeing Uluṟu in the flesh is much more fantastic than on video or photos. Seen it twice and the closer you get the more spectacular it is.
So true, better in real life. It was such a wonderful experience; one we will not forget.
Did you go to the Field of Lights?
Hi, no we didn't get to the field of lights but i have heard that its great as well. There are a few different options to choose from.
