Osteochondritis Dissecans in a 31-year-old adult male - Dr. Dharmalingam Muthiah

A 31-year-old male presented with recurrent pain and swelling in his right ankle. X-ray and MRI findings were consistent with adult osteochondritis dissecans. He underwent arthroscopic removal of a loose osteochondral fragment and microfracture. Additionally, urate crystal deposits were observed in the joint.
