How to Turn Off Active Status on Instagram 2022

In this tutorial video, I will quickly guide you on how you can turn off active status on Instagram.
1) Open Instagram and login to your profile
2) Tap on your profile icon and go to the profile page
3) On the top right, tap on the three-line (menu) icon
4) Go to Privacy and select Activity Status
5) Simply turn the toggle off in order to turn off active status.

This is the old instagram settings since aprl 2023 instagram settings have been changed and updated I can't find status activity anymore on android
