Since 1958, the Distinguished Alumnus Awards have been granted to alumni who have distinguished themselves professionally and through service to The University of Texas at Austin. This year the Texas Exes honored 2012 recipients Laura Bush; Julius Glickman; Charles Matthews; Admiral William McRaven; Melinda Perrin; and Hector Ruiz.
