Profondo is top dog for me. Not gonna lie I slept on it for a long time but finallly decided to buy it in Janurary and boy I do not regret it! It's the perfect Aquatic in my opinion and by far my favorite of the many I've had over the years.
I like Versace, man fresh for summer because you can wear it day or night and to the gym . I tried wearing pour homme but I felt doushy like I should have been in a club.. And for the polos I still love Ultra Blue the best it has that mineral salty air scent. I think Dylan blue can come off a little strong.. I love spraying it at night after a shower it smells the best in the morning . When I had it I hardly ever wore it out.. it needs time to air, like ombre leather, and Luna Rosa Black .. after that, Fabulous!
For a beach/oceanic frag, my go to is BDK Sel D'Argent. When I put it on i immediately get that "at the beach by the ocean wearing sunscreen" vibe to it. May just be me, but i absolutely love that scent for warm summer days

I know its redundant in the fragrance community, but BDC EDP should also be on the list. The only scent I've worn in all 4 seasons and received a compliant...especially at the beach....

I just picked up Polo Deep Blue Parfum and it was better than I expected. Not ground breaking. Kind of a blend of Profundo and Allure Homme Sport. Nothing natural smelling, though. Gotta go with Bvlgari Aqva Marine as the most natural smelling aquatic in the designer realm. I live 1/2 mile from the ocean and Marine smells just like a walk along the ocean in Northern California.
For me personally i like the next 5 : armani code sport athlete, aqua amara,invictus aqua 2016, aqua di gio essenza and light blue eau intense...i could add aqua de gio eau de toilette vintage and megamare, that should be more then enough 😅
Best aquatic is the one that was the first aquatic (that was actually started as creed irish tweed) is Davidoff Cool Water. Original perfumer was fored from creed and started to work for davidoff to make his dream perfume -- aquatic fragrance. That's how cool water was born. Still insane perfume
I'm going to counter your creed with amouage's portrayal Man. Something almost seasalty ozonic about it. Wore it for my Pacifica trip and worked wonders

Versace Pour Homme is mainly liked because it's cheap!!! But not only is it super weak and generic,the woman at didn't liked it and I hated it,and was glad that it was only a sample and I didn't waste my money on it! Light Blue Eau Intense is still one the best Aquatics ever made!

Have you ever tried and would you consider doing a review on Abyssis from Liquides Imaginaires? I’m not really an aquatic scent person usually, but I got a sample of this one and there is something strangely compelling about it. I’m not even sure if i like it, but i keep getting an urge to wear it and keep sniffing it on myself.
I couldn’t stand my Kenzo EDP when I first got it. Too unique and I couldn’t figure out where to wear without turning heads for the wrong reasons. Couple months later and it has macerated. I’m wearing 2 sprays in the chest with a layer of a clone of Allure Homme Sport by Vocal Fragrances in my normal places places. The Kenzo will be used more for sure now.

1,000,000,000% and I for one am sick of it! I say we riot and pillage until Dylan Blue gets recognized with ADG/Bleu de Chanel/Rojas Elysium/Polo Deep Blue Parfum/Dior Savauge and whatever other historically great blue cologne I might have missed. One of the frag communities dirtiest little secrets is that Bleu de Chanel, as pleasant as it is, is not the attention grabbing/compliment pulling fragrance that many claim it to be. It's pleasant and inoffensive but that's about it. I use a combination of Dylan Blue and JPG Le Beau for summertime events and occasions and I've gotten more praise in one day than BDC has ever gotten me. Just my experience.

Blue scents are like buying white socks. Even though the brand name is different they are mostly still the same. Maybe at little difference in quality or comfort but at the end of the day, look the same and smell the same. You can make them fresher, add more citrus and more woods, add more whatever. EDT, EDP, oh look more flavored water. Lol, it's like making your white socks whiter. They are all so similar no one but a person with a sock fetish notices or cares. Buy two or three quality brands and you have this entire scent spectrum covered.
Kenzo homme edp is literally 1 to 1 with h24 edp. No reason whatsoever to own both, the kenzo is cheaper though. Nothing marine about it. It is literally the same smooth metallic banana smell as h24 edp lol.
