If that H for historic isn´t a homage to the original K design. So X4 changed K´s from destroyer to cruiser class huh?
The K is technically still a destroyer, I just hate calling them that because of the insane size/power difference between them and the rest of the game's destroyers. And yeah, I actually just recently realized that about the H's design! So cool!
Very nice Video :) I am more the one-by-one type of guy, but it´s cool to see, how others compete with such a fleet of Xenon.

Yep, but the charge time is just 1 second, so it's hard to spot the difference between charged shots and rapid-fire. Thanks for the comment!
@@CptSnuggles07 just watch the heat-meter: you will notice that between shots there is a delay until next one starts charging. It is fully charged once heat stops building-up (that 1sec)
why is there a check engine light
It indicates when the ship's travel drive has been disabled. Travel drive provides very fast speeds but is temporarily disabled by any type of enemy attack. They really could have picked a better icon than a check engine light, but it is what it is...
@@CptSnuggles07 I get that even when I was not trying to go into travel mode.
@@Josivis Yep, it informs you of engine issues regardless of whether you're trying to actually engage travel drive. It also lights up if you're hit by ion weaponry.
Fun fact: The icon turns red if your engines are disabled. Ask me how I know 😭
I actually like the use of that icon fwiw. I like the idea that it will endure far beyond when anyone knows what it's supposed to represent. Kind of like how the phone icon in my car doesn't resemble what anyone younger than 30 would consider a phone.
Love this game.....just don't have it in me to re-learn how to play it since it has been so long ago since I last played. This is probably the most complex game I have ever played.
The upcoming DLC will add a new game mode that's supposed to be less complex than the normal open universe mode, so this might be a good time to get back into it!
