First marinate with little extra ginger garlic paste and salt and add some vinegar in marination and wait for 15/20mins before adding other spices...

You can marinate Meat with freshly pest of Garlic & Ginger,salt,read chilli powder ,salt and turmeric,for one day, or at least 8 hours ,it’s will tender hopefully but the pest of Garlic,Ginger should be fresh
