Secondly please sir bht jyada fasa hua hun mai how to remove distractions, mobile addiction, youtube addiction agar lectures bhi dekhta hun to beech me youtube pr chala jata hun mobile pr WhatsApp dekhne chla jata hun.. we know this is wrong but still we do it unintentionally as well i deactivate deleted Instragram, Facebook every social media platform but youtube aur whatsapp ka kya kare sir . Sab bolte hain ye karo wo karo kaise krna hai koi nahi btata.. mai sure hun sir ye mere sath hi nahi maximum bachcho ke sath hai ..sab kuch online aur easily internet available hone ke wjh se ye aur phail rhi hai... Please sir ek video ispr bnaa do i really want to remove my mobile and youtube addiction .. please sir its request.. .🙏
