  • Wisconsin men's golfer Cameron Huss has advanced to the 2024 NCAA Championship in Carlsbad, California on May 24-29. Huss finished tied in fourth place at 5-under par at the NCAA Regional in West Lafayette, Indiana last week, then won a sudden death tiebreaker that stretched over five holes to earn the individual qualification to nationals. He's the first Badger to qualify to the national tournament since 2008.
Huss was named to the 2024 All-Big Ten First Team and also earned Wisconsin's Big Ten Medal of Honor.
Huss and Wisconsin men's golf head coach Michael Wilson spoke to the media on Monday, May 20 at the UW Golf Training Center at University Ridge Golf Course before leaving for California.
