Does the snow last all of April in le grand massif ?

Yes it does! The Grand Massif is opened until 20th of April with plenty of snow left.

Awesome just booked skiing there from 7th to 14th April ! What the town like itself? Any places to drink etc...

Nice ! I have not stayed in Flaine so I can't answer your question. All the restaurants next to the slopes are very good.
