- Donna is trying to find a parking space outside the Mango Park Mall but they all seem to be taken. Because of her recent injury, she wants to park close to the entrance as she is on crutches. She decides to use the temporary handicap pass she was given, as there is one handicap spot open. However, when she attempts to pull in, another car zooms in and steals it from her. What's worse, is this person is not physically limited in any way, just a Crazy Karen who thinks she is entitled to the parking space.

Besides getting arrested,fined $500,she'll have to pay for her car being towed and impound fees. That's what Karen gets for parking illegally. It doesn't matter if she donates money to the police.

I remember that woman on crutches from another video. She was a landlord who evicted a tenant for not paying his rent. I also remember that cop from that video. He arrested the tenant for not leaving the premises.

I’m in a wheelchair n I see this happen every time. People can be VERY INCONSIDERATE.

This past weekend I went to Matt 19 Men's Spiritual Retreat in Malvern PA. We had 109 men show up. Got to meet several new men and added to improving my spiritual journey and helping others to find a higher power of their understanding! God is good! To me an added bonus, God laid down a 3" snow dusting Friday night and we woke up to the most beautiful scenery of the grounds!

Years ago, I took care of a quadriplegic. When we went out and if he saw someone parking illegally in a handicapped spot, he would station himself behind the offender's car and have me go find a phone to call the cops to report it.

I know that I’ve said it in other comments but I really believe that I would have called the police and asked them to ticket and tow the car. If I got a ticket as a result, I would’ve gladly have taken it and gone to court to have it dismissed.
