Time is the most important factor in determining market movements and by studying past price records you will be able to prove to yourself history does repeat and by knowing the past you can tell the future. There is a definite relation between price and time. By studying time cycles and time periods you will learn why market tops and bottoms are found at certain times, and why resistance levels are so strong at certain times, and prices hold around them. The most gain is made when fast moves and extreme fluctuations occur at the end of major cycles.... I have managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 432k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Zachery M Demers, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

@wisdomhatch . I’m an interior designer and I’ve seen in the local market that most of the local wholesalers import PVC panels from Vietnam and they are reducing buying from Indian manufacturers due to increased taxation of particular HSN codes. If you can, please would you look into taxation for interior products and cost of Indian goods v/s outside. I would bet bigger on interior companies like homelane or livespace because they have bigger margin % as compared to manufacturers and they have the agility to change vendors in case of price fluctuations.

The yearly profit declined by 35 crores but the clarification in the conference call is only about decline of ~2.5 Cr. in profit in Q3'24 due to accounting issue. So, it would not be right to say that the entire decline of 35 crores is due to accounting issue. We need to look deeper to understand why the profits declined so drastically.
He is theoretically right in his arguements. But many time its not working. Sbi cards, hdfc bank etc are examples.
Luck is also seem to have role in shares performance.

I work in the furniture manufacturing industry, which uses MDF. From my little experience, in near future there will be only MDF. Speaking globally.[ not sure about india ]

I am in loss on greenpanel and Aptus. I blindly invested 6 months back becoz of your recommendation...but thankfully my amount is less...i have learned my lesson!

But whatever you say about the MDF and plywood market is not correct. The majority of MDF comes from Vietnam and other Asian countries . Not from china, the MDF market is not going to dominate the plywood market in India. India is the hub for the plywood market, if we are manufacturing MDF in India then the cost is much higher than importing MDF. So I don't think MDF will grow. The company management is going to misguide their investors. Majority of these are doing their business in manipulation of the invoices. So you are not able to predict the company fundamentals. They are totally wrong.
Its funny everything is giving a big run up, every industry everywhere. When the bear market start we will see who are the real ace investors, who can pick sectors that create growth and who can recommend how and where to hedge against equity. Until then all these predictions that came true are meaningless. Can any predicttions be made about sectors that will correct steeply? Then we will see

MDF industry itself projected to grow to 100 cr by 2027 so how does a 900 cr MCAP company Rushil which sells MDF can grow into 2000 cr MCAP?
I bought and already sold Asian Paints stocks, you have been always speaking about this stock and therefore I thought I must invest in Asian Paints and booked a profit.
Basically MDF is a very substandard product. It is not durable. Fixtures get loosened in one or two years and the cost is high.

Cement prices are lower around 290 per bag which used to be around 400+.My builder friends say that cement dealers are finding hard to get buyers. Does this not indicate poor state of Real estate? Will it not reflect in real estate stock?

I have been holding greenpanel since May 2021. It went to 600 and came down. I am still holding it as there is nothing bad in the company. Hope govt re-imposes duties on Chinese import.
The stocks he says which can give breakout may give 2 to 3 % and he calls them as breakout stocks or momentum stocks😂😂 And later in few days time the same stock shows its true nature goes to sleeping mode.

I was looking at Rushil Decor fundamentals and I saw that FIIs have increased their stake from 1% to 2%. That highlights that investors might be interested in this stock. I don't know why Akshat didn't highlight this point.

Akshat, its not correct to dismiss the entire decline of 35 crore in net profit to "accounting issues". The Con- Call explains only 2.57 crore on account of tax provisioning for previous year. The reason for the decline of 32 crore in net profit is evident straightaway from their P&L Account. Their operating profit declined by 29 crore (4%) and interest cost increased by 8 crore. A simple look at the comparative Profit & Loss Account would reveal this ..
I still feel that Asian Paints is much safer and better option, because it can do R&d, marketing and has a market dominance

When a call would go wrong these influencers will hide with tail between their legs and if it goes right he will do chest thumping.. giving disclaimers should not absolve him of his responsibility. SEBI should track his investment in these stocks and the calls he makes.
You have explained the negative profits of greenpanel as an accounting adjustment but what about sales.. there quarter on quarter sales is also low by 10%
Stocks are highly expensive. Psu stocks are really available at low price for good values.
Middle class is shrinking so a lot of these urban consumption stocks will show low earnings.

I think he has over 80-90 stocks atleast. Few months ago he has shared Zerodha account screenshots and 69 stocks were in Zerodha itself. Plus he has 3 demat accounts.
