Hey Mike, you should test Rumble out on PBE with liandry's, riftmaker, that item that gives ultimate ability haste and burn (is it Malignance?), rocketbelt, stormsurge etc. That could be pretty insane.
conq is too broken on rumble not to take, just run at them stack it and just kill, if the jungler comes stack the conq and kill with percent max health damage.
I mean, not really. Unless you're someone who can stop Sion's Q, it's a real cunt to lane against him, especially since he can easily tank damage as well.

Rumble is amazing champ, cause u can play very safe on him, and even if u behind - your ult in teamfights is still very useful
