It pairs with my Android phone easily, and the watch works - BUT, the APP for the phone will not recognize the phone. I've read directions and about drove myself nuts trying to make the app work, but it won't. I've uninstalled and downloaded it again like 3 times. The watch will make calls on the phone too, but the app won't recognize it. Bummer.

I believe the blood pressure is just a gimick. The technology for smart watches to measure blood pressure is still very young. So, you cannot find it in Samsung and Apple Smart watches.
Have one can say the step counter is BS 😂😂😂😂 The thing goes crazy when your driving but further than that not to bad must say you get more than you pay for.
If you already have a smartwatch paired with the app and you don't receive calls, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and search for the watch. And connect it to your phone as well.
I picked one up for 17 dollars and it is far superior to any of the big-name smartwatches.
