I am an Android Developer.
My suggestion is :
1) Beginners must start learning java from scratch to advanced first.
2) Start an Android App Development Using Java Course (Udemy or udacity) for 1 to 2 months.
3) Then need not complete the course and start your own real time project.
4) Stop the Android course. Learn Android development as you progress with your app.
What about python?

1) Master python fundamentals through udemy course or through UA-cam tutorials.
2) Make simple projects and learn side by side.
3) Then learn advanced python concepts like numpy , pandas , and so on and create big projects using those concepts.

Kotlin is one generation after Java, it is noob friendly. But internally it compiles to Java byte code and gets executed in JVM. So it is not a optimized version of Java but may be a concise version.

Bro I am an android developer, I suggest flutter which is new framework for android development introduced by google on last year which was very user friendly and easy to learn which may worth for upcoming generations students..... (And I want to say an important think I am start my app development journey before 2 year by using a government laptop bro which is Lenovo E41-15 which was very basic laptop with very low configuration but which help me lot for being my carrier on app development)
For not 50 dollors bro only 25 dollors for Lifetime fee and for ios 100 dollors per year bro.
