Eskom: rolling blackouts may resume this winter

Eskom has warned that rolling blackouts may resume this winter despite a hiatus from load shedding of several months. This warning was delivered by the CEO Dan Marokane during a press briefing that coincided with his 100 days in office. Sanedi's Prof. Sampson Mamphweli highlights the recent achievements Eskom made in improving energy supply.
