우연히 유튜브에서 단편 영화를 찾아보다 이 영화도 보게 되었네요 아직 중학생인데도 불구하고 여태본 단편 영화 중 가장 인상 깊게 본 영화였던 것 같아요 제가 성소수자라 그런진 잘 모르겠지만 제목에 '퀴어' 가 적힌 걸 보고 그냥 무작정 들어와서 영상을 봤거든요 처음엔 별 느낌 안 들었는데 영화가 점점 막을 내릴 수록 더 몰입하게 되고, 여운도 계속 남게 되더라구요 영화속에서 나오는 동성애의 대한 사회의 시선, 사람들과 있을 대인 관계 그리고 친구 관계 등등 현재의 사회와 너무 잘 맞춰가며 조화롭게 표현한 영화인 것 같아요 좋은 영화 만들어주셔서 감사합니다 더 번창 하시길 바래요 감사합니다 😊
Everything about this film is so beautiful: the dialogues, the actresses, the music, the directing, the cinematography, the countryside, their story... It was moving and peaceful and warm and soothing. And every scene was a piece of art of its own...thank you! I felt incredibly moved and I cried. The scene were she apologized four times is revolutionary, it is so hard to admit our mistakes... But not only did she admit she was wrong by leaving, she was also admitting her love wasnt she.. Beautiful story!
I strongly believe this is one of the most beautiful and romantic short-films I have ever seen. There is a especial magic around the script and both characters that construct this pure and gentle love which is so pleasing to admire. The scenery is perfect and very detailed, it was a great camera production and the emotions are well conveyed. This is a little piece of art that many should watch. Congratulations for making such wonderful and mesmerizing job♡
I've enjoyed watching this short film. Ultimately it's not any of the girls' fault in my opinion. It's really hard to follow your heart when society dictates the actions that you're supposed to do. It's also difficult to not be affected by the gaze of people around you. With regards to the technicalities of the film, I'm not knowledgeable in it, but I did like the smooth switching between videos taken in the past and what's happening now. It shows how when these girls were young and in school, things were both simple and yet not that simple. I think it's interesting to see how the girls view the other from the handheld camera view.Then, when compared to the current adult times, there may have been unresolved issues but they are more mature about it. The filters used are pleasing to the eye. The camera angles are good too. The ending is good to me. Maybe they'll continue taking videos of each other? Thank you for the English subtitles! You know a short film is great (or a full feature) when you don't want it to end. First off, this a well shot, edited, sound and most of all well acted (Short films usually suffer from bad acting) short, congrats. The chemistry between the two leads was great, I bought into it straight away. I have to give special praise for the actress who played Pottery Woman (sorry forget her name), her role was probably the toughest. The scene in the meadow was my favourite, it's the first time Pottery Woman can get out how much pain and hurt her friend caused her. I don't know if I would call it a outright happy ending (in my opinion), it's a hopeful ending. You could read a lot of things into that ending, but I do think their relationship will continue even if it's behind the back of her soon to be hubby or if she breaks up with him, cause I don't think either woman will want to give up the other. I wonder if the director or writer uploaded this, if they have any plans to visit these two characters again. But if not this is a perfect ending.

I watched this two times already. I have cried watching it the first time. The actresses acting is way too good for their roles, they gave life to it. The second time I saw it, I did some character analysis and looking for those symbolism. Yeon woo was trapped with the in denial stage with her gender which made her selfish for not telling the truth for Sejeong. Se jeong was straight forward with herself. Ever since she truly knew her feelings for yeon woo was genuine. Still, they both suffered for not being honest with their real feelings for each other. I think the film is a strong vocation to be true to yourself despite of what your gender is. Also, this film makes us realize that there are a lot of closet people out there who were too scared to be honest to themselves. Scared because of the society's bashing for being a lesbian or gay. For general perspective, the morale of this short film is that your shadow will haunt you as time goes by. Do not lie with yourself. Love will find a way. If that person is the one you love, please fight for it. Live without regrets! Symbolic figures: Pottery is a gentle art that only a passionate and dedicated person can polished the outcome and finish it. The bowl they made is how they build up their friendship from the past and for their new present relationship. Se-jeong looking at the unclear mirror (it is her still not able to moved on with their memories when she saw her love interest) Yeon-woo left her wedding invitation letter (she's ready to leave and tell her boyfriend about Se jeong. It is to be free as who she is and continue to make up with her true love.) Kudos to the whole team of this film. Thank you!

I'll think she canceled the wedding and they got together, it's very difficult to find a movie of this genre with a happy ending so one with an open ending can not be wasted with sad things.

I'd like to believe the ending entails that Yeonwoo drops the wedding invitation (and doesn't give it to Sejeong) because she might not go through with it after meeting Sejeong again? The beginning scene with the two girls was bright and intimate, while Yeonwoo and her fiance was bleak, cold, and quiet. The way she talked about him with Sejeong sounded like she was settling for a nice guy, just for the sake of settling. Maybe she thought Sejeong would wanna stop her? Or see if what she's feeling troubled b/c of Sejeong? Yeonwoo did mention she felt relieved after seeing Sejeong again. Disappointed in Yeonwoo for letting rumors and teens get inbetween the two girls' friendship, if she wanted to be friends Sejeong never was gonna push it. Anyway, thank you for the subs and of course the short film :). Audio and filming was great. Liked the transitions from a cam to 3rd person pov.

Since the ending was so open, I felt like she crumpled the invitation to her wedding because she didn't have the courage to give it to the girl. Another theory is she crumpled the invitation because she wants to get back to the girl, but we all understand that it's a hard step to cancel a wedding. Lastly, she may have crumpled the paper because she couldn't give it to the girl because it might broke her heart, but also if ever they broke up with her fiancé she would always come back to the girl. OML I haaaaate endings like these because it makes me so curious that I want another part to be released, sadly we can't always get what we want :)))))
This short film really brings back my past hurtful memories . I'm with this girl (she's my first love) and we we're in freshmen college that time , we've been together for almost 2 years . And no one knows the true relationship that we have that time . All people thought that we're just bestfriends cuz we're not really into PDA when we are together outside . Both of us even hangout with each others family house and none of our family members suspects that we're having a romantic relationship. But one day , i dunno if she's horny that time or what hahahaha she kissed me suddenly on a school comfort room . We didn't notice that one of our classmate is hiding in the very last cubicle room. Then rumors started , (mind you and lgbt community in our country receives a lot of hurtful comment from others , cause we're a catholic country) so yea . I was in panic that time , hoping that the news about us won't reach to my family) so I decided to broke up with her and i dated few guys to prove that the rumor about me being a lesbian is not true. But i ended up losing everything in that process. She's married now , and i have trauma when male species approach me. Because one of my ex-bf tried to take advantage on me. Here i am full of "what if's and regrets" . So kids , don't give a fuck to what others will say to you. In the end you'll be the one who'll manipulate your decisions in life. I'm still on the move on stage it's been 4 years already and i've never dated any girl after i broke up with my first love.
At the end of this short film ,she decided to leave the wedding invitation where she was seated,because she chose her true love.Se-Jeong won’t share Yeon-Woo love with a man or a woman. She has class and very faithful. She prefers to be lonely to be in a second place.I liked the end of it. This is my personal point of view.
It reminded me of my first love. It has been 15 years but I haven't forgotten about her. She got married and has 2 kids now. I am still single and trying to be strong so I can come out one day :(

At the end of this short film ,she decided to leave the wedding invitation where she was seated,because she chose her true love.Se-Jeong won’t share Yeon-Woo love with a man or a woman. She has class and very faithful. She prefers to be lonely to be in a second place.I liked the end of it. This is my personal point of view.
