I saw him on TV in Scotland about 5 years ago, talking about an older version of Auld Lang Syne (being a good Scots boy). The melody was much better than the one sung at Hogmanay.
It's so amazing that so many people discovered Paolo during and after the pandemic. While he is definitely popular, with 63 million views on his Iron Sky video and millions of plays on Spotify, he deserves to be bigger. Hopefully we'll get new music from this soulful, talented man one day, but until then, I don't mind adding to the view/play count of his already released masterpieces. I think from watching alot of his interview he was never going to be what the Music Media and general media wanted because they like people to fluff up their ability and kiss arse and play the back patting game. I saw him on TV in Scotland about 5 years ago, talking about an older version of Auld Lang Syne (being a good Scots boy). The melody was much better than the one sung at Hogmanay.
It's so amazing that so many people discovered Paolo during and after the pandemic. While he is definitely popular, with 63 million views on his Iron Sky video and millions of plays on Spotify, he deserves to be bigger. Hopefully we'll get new music from this soulful, talented man one day, but until then, I don't mind adding to the view/play count of his already released masterpieces.

I've been listening to Paolo since he first came out on the scene. Saw him in Paris at the old "Le Bataclan" (before the attack in 2015...around 2008/2009 or so) for 35 euros, just him and his small band. Those were the days.
